Thanks for that comparo. I actually found the buzz on the hd with the p90 more objectionable even though it just sounded like pickup hum. It seemed more prominent. The "white noise" seemed more easily drowned out. Wonder if the "white noise" of the older interface canceled some of that pickup hum? Very interesting, regardless, so thanks again for taking the time to share this. Since I'm just a beginner and got turned onto these devices as an alternative to a headphone amp - with the added bonus of Tonebridge!! - I think I'll go the budget route for now. You saved me some $$!

The light is blue when the iRig is connected, then turns green when you’re actually playing the guitar. It turns red when you’re playing and the gain is turned up too high (clipping).
@@Paramasaugata No problem. I haven't noticed any latency with either iRig version. It has been a while since I first installed the tonebridge app, so I can't remember if there was any initial troubleshooting needed in order to get it to work right. It definitely works though.
i'm not really sure. I've only used it with the ipad mini 4 and iPhone 12 pro max. it probably just depends on whatever type of connector your iPhone model has.
Can i record or receive audio from audio mixer using that irig the cheap one
Iam using samsung S21fe i want to give live streaming for that can you suggest any c type audio i dont have 3.5mm

thanks for tutorial
very informative thank you
Thx
Basic modul dont work with pc so you need to buy HD2 if you want to have it for pc
@@jommie30 do you have a tutorial video for that solution? thanks
So the IRig1 is like $5 bucks but the iRig2 is $150.. Why the huge difference?
I agree it definitely doesn't seem like the added features of the HD2 are enough to justify that high of a cost
Because the iRig is analog and the iRig HD2 is digital
Thanks
do you have overdriven sound
I haven't done that comparison yet, but that would be a good idea for another video....
Hi m8 why was the light flashing blue green & orange with the hd2, should it not just be green when recording?
Because it’s telling you the input/output gain is high so you’re gonna get feedback.
@@M-15-72-4 I have my input gain a low as possible & the volume approx midway
I noticed the IRig 2 hd the light turns green. It’s that because when you get louder? Does that distort your recording?

Mine works on the ipad mini 4. You might need the adapter depending on the type of headphone jack your ipad has.

@@greg6162 both iRig versions in the vid have a headphone jack which allows you to connect standard headphones
Can you help because for me on the basic version the headphone doesn’t pick up anything😭😭😭
Maybe there's something wrong with your headphone jack
Do you know can the HD2 works with iPhone13? Thank you

I’m sure it will.
