Abit strange. I eat only whole and organic animals products, raw milk and honey and fruit. Train kickboxing 5 days a week and gym on weekends, my body is always lethargic and tired
I wonder how you’re still going. That means you give no rest at all. Lethargic and tired is even too little to describe.. Max 3 days a week exercise and medium strength. Otherwise you are risking everything.

You shouldn't be giving away your seed either, it is hugely valuable. Being 29 with fatigue and dodgy knees might seem ok now but at 50, you will be crushed if you don't change significantly.
