@@LordLOC I do love the whole Innocent before guilty, but this clown has gotten away with so much, it literally almost makes the statement void, in his case and shows the trouble with laws
Vince McMahon has won so many lawsuits he should have lost. Has somehow stayed out of jail, when anyone who actually knows him, knows he's guilty of most of the things that have been brought against him.
If your money and power can save you that much, must be an underlieing issue.
I still can't even get over the Owen Hart tragedy. Supposedly it's not his fault he's dead... Pretty sure he was running the company and hired the jokers who he paid very little to to save cost, what's the life of one his wrestlers, o wait "independent contractors".
If a hell exists I have no doubt Vince will be present. Obviously he doesn't care but godamn.
If Vince can somehow stay out of jail for all he has done, it really shows that all that matters is Money and Power, and some sick weirdo like Vince even though he's near death, can do whatever he wants.
This stupid man, loses a worker, and just keeps the show going, which in my opinion is complete nonsense. It should have never been aloud, it's now a crime scene...
You don't keep working in a godamn crime scene.
To all the people who said in the past " The Show must go on" its fake wrestling, it's like a TV show.... Vince showed his true colors many times before that night, and many times after.
It's not suprising what's happening to him. He's done enough to deserve to pay for at least something with time...
Hopefully it happens, but I don't see him in jail, and it's sad because it's obvious he has been deserved of jail time, as any normal person who has his track record, would be in jail... Multiple times....

    • @csho6512
      @csho6512 Год назад +10

Many deaths he's somewhat responsible for. I mean Hercules heart probably not explode, if Vince didn't have a doctor pushing drugs on the wrestlers giving them any amount they wanted.
Which of course Vince lied about under oath.... I mean he lied so much and played stupid, even though the wrestlers were saying Vince told them to take more.
The one wrestler who didn't I know of is the Warlord, which is probably because he didn't need to get any bigger and obviously knew he was taking alot lol.
Rick Rude, was told by Vince, you look better on Roids, so take more of em. This guy definitely has a lot of blood on his hands.

I mean, according to what is being said, Brock asked her for a video of herself peeing, and she send it, two consensual adults, so how could Brock be a villian under that circumstance, they weren't even on the same physical location when that happened... and she AGREED to a personal meeting afterwards.

I think as he got older and quite frankly, closer to death, he was like "well, I'm going to be dead soon, might as well live out all my fantasies while I can". It's one thing to go to jail for life when you're 40 or 50, it's another when you're in your mid 70s.
It's like watching porn...after a while, it take more and more to get the same reaction.

    • @mrjoe5292
      @mrjoe5292 Год назад

@@mattm7798 If you're finding it harder to enjoy the same sort of porn then it might be worth seeing a doctor or mentioning it to one. I've taken medication before that really messed with my sexual function, I think it was a prostate thing. Point being it's a thing that can happen, and if it's slowly over time then changes in your watching habits may be how you notice it. Either way it's not normal to need to watch "more and more", you should be able to enjoy what you enjoy.
Personally I think creeps do this sort of shit because they can get away with it, and the more they push the more they realise they can get away with it. It's why accountability is so important, sure, most people are decent enough, but for the ones that aren't they really need to be caught as soon as possible.
Which isn't to say there isn't some sort of escalation in what they want. But I think it's mostly just because they realize they can get away with it.

An NDA can’t stand if it’s in relation to a crime. No one can force to you to sign an NDA to keep criminal activity a secret.

This isn't 1984 and some promoter who has not ability to fight back. This is a woman with an allegedly real story with real evidence....and Vince knew that.
The only thing I can think of is the money would have left a paper trail back to Vince leaving him criminally liable, but then he personally would have had more than enough money to complete the payments.
Maybe she has a skeleton in her closet Vince was counting on to prevent her from talking and she just said screw it, if I go down, I'm taking them down with me.

This has been going on since the beginning. Everyone knows about Moolah and her operation, but no one's ever asked who her clients were. Some things to keep in mind as things unfold:
    1. There's no way Ms. Grant is the only victim of this nature. It's happened to others and hopefully this is the powderkeg that helps bring to light more of his actions. With that said:
    2. There's no way Lesnar (or whomever the speculated UFC Champion in question is) was the only top guy Vince used this sort of bargaining chip with. Start looking at all the guys he bent backwards for over the decades. If this starts getting even uglier, if more voices start being heard, be prepared to start hearing a lot of top names involved in this sort of thing with Vince long before this incident.
    3. There's no way McMahon was brazen enough to be showing even random tech guys the videos and pictures without a LOT of wrestlers being in the know as well. Absolutely no way.

Another thing with watching The Royal Rumble this weekend: the suit alleges that it wasn't just Vince and Laurenitis, but other staff and even some wrestlers... it might be easy to figure out Brock is one of the talent being mentioned but it does make one think: if somebody that should be in the rumble tonight isn't, is that because they just aren't in the rumble? or is it because they could potentially be named in this suit later and WWE/TKO is already starting to sever ties with them?

You talk about the Benoit & Guerrero deaths, yet, what about Owen Hart? WWE was grossly negligent in making him use a cheap $68 sail boat clip to do that unnecessary stunt that he was forced to do. Benoit & Guerrero CHOSE to do drugs. They CHOSE to take so much damage to their bodies. Benoit decided to kill his family. Guerrero's past caught up to him.. Owen wasn't given a choice. And WWE got away with their negligence, & even today, fans still treat his widow as the bad guy because she won't let this scum company put him in their hall of fame, which is just an internet page done for profit.
However, it was disgusting to see WWE air Benoit's breakdown for Eddie on live TV in the so called "tribute." That emotional breakdown was not appropriate for TV, & when you watch Benoit, it is blatantly clear that this was a man that needed help. Also putting on tribute to Benoit before knowing all the facts was an incompetent & indefensible decision. The way the families of Chris & Nancy were treated by WWE is truly reprehensible.

I can't think of another industry that has been as shaped and influenced by one person the way wrestling has been by Vince. I think this emphasizes how important it is for all companies and the industry as a whole to take a good hard look at itself in the mirror to make sure that nothing like what is alleged here ever happens again.

I dont think a lot of todays talent had anything to do with this, especially people like Roman, Rock and Cody. Ill keep watching for the same reason i kept watching after Chris Benoit, this company is too big at this point, for every person there to have been involved. As a closing point, i find it very weird that people want Stephanie back. She certainly has every right to come back, but i dont think she or Paul Levesque want to be associated with Vince for too much longer. I feel awful for Stephanie having to live with the digisting excuse of a man thats her father, and i feel even worse for Ms.Grant. Anyways..have a nice day everyone!

A lot of people right now have targeted Triple H as someone who must have known about Vince's allegations and did nothing about it, and or possibly even protected Vince. Obviously, in comparison to the bigger issues at hand, this is a minor question, but should TKO clean out more of Vince's closest associates and do actually sack Trips if he had any involvement in the cover up, what on Earth happens to WWE then?
I can't see who would take his place, because so much of WWE's corporate management has been focused on maintaining power, rather than building up people who could replace these roles should something happen. It would be a complete rebuilding process for the company, and TKO would place people they trust in those positions, but possibly don't know anything about wrestling and could create a new set of headaches at a time of great business.
It'll be interesting to see the domino effect this has and how much TKO are willing to try and clean WWE, since it's clear the culture in the company has been rotten for decades.
