- Hey party people! thanks so much for hanging out with me today while I run some errands and shop around at TJ Maxx, Target, and Ulta beauty! I had needed some things, and also ended up buying some things that I didn't need! heheee you know how it goes! I bought a new couch last year and I want to throw pillows. Yep.. still have yet to buy them. Pillows are ridiculously expensive!

Before I ever felt like justifying throw pillows in my budget, I bought throw pillow zipper covers (like $14 each for nice ones) and some pillow stuffing at the craft store. I just straight up stuffed the pillow covers and called them pillows. It totally worked and I used them like that for several years before getting new ones that matched a new couch. You could even find throw pillows at a yard sale or thrift store and just remove the covers from those and wash them (toss the actual pillow part because used pillows sounds icky).
I seriously never understood TJ Maxx Marshalls and Homegoods clothing prices.Their prices are like: Reg $60 Clearance price $58

those white weave bins are the best. I use a ton of them for my etsy shop supplies and inventory.
I've started to pick up some of your sayings when shopping, although some things I've always done. I see something and say oooh...then I see something else and instantly jump to the next thing...ahhhh! always remembering things I need just by browsing lol like, ohyeah, i forgot I needed this pillow...or yeah, I do need a new pretty bin 😆

I have never bought those felt covered hangers because I think the covering is going to rub off or stain your clothing. If Costco is out of something they will ship to your house for free from their website or give you a raincheck.
You need to check out the thrift stores. I have found so many nice things and many still have the tags on them.

Have you considered taking reusable shoppings bags when you go to the store? Great for the environment + actually a lot easier to carry.
I have about a trillion reusable bags, I use them for grocery shopping but generally forget them while out running errands; I need to be better about bringing them with me :) Thanks for the reminder!

OK, so now I'm acting crazy. Further in, you mention target in Clearwater! I lived all over that area for 10 years and miss it so much. Now I'm in Va. to be closer to my daughter and grandkids. Oh, you have no idea how much I miss that place. Lived in Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs! Was a pediatric RN and also Hospice. Worked at Mease Countryside and then did IV nursing at Morton Plant too. I got around! LOL Now I'm an old lady and retired at 69. Still young at heart though!!

When you mentioned the Target in Clearwater I fangirled a little bit. I go to that Target allll the time 😂😂 best one I've ever been to in FL! Even though it's like 20-30 minutes away from me.
I struggle so hard finding a purse I want, theres too many choices! Right now I don't even bother carrying a purse, I just carry my wallet and keys anywhere I go. 🤷♀️

You can order the target bullseye items online! On the target website just search "bullseye" and it brings it all up. Not instant gratification but still nice if you really wanted something and they are out of stock :-).

I've spent so much at TJ maxx in the past week. I look for the Yellow tags( final markdowns). I got a bunch of dried fruit for 1.00. Nuts for 1.00, etc. I also buy my dogs their treats and shampoo and toys. I love Bagalini. They are my fave. Washable and they always have a ton of styles at TJ Maxx. I always get compliments when I'm out.

I have heard Costco does rainchecks if they are out of a item so you can still get deal when they are back in stock.

You should "Find-Out, if you have SAVER'S close by. Only place I Shop. Yes, it Is a Thrift-Store, but they Have Everything. Huge Selection, of Anything that you're Looking for, at a pinch, of What You'd Spend, Where You're Shopping. They Have Name-Brand's and Designer's, etc. Clothing, Shoe's, Purses, Jewelry. Home Decor , etc. Sure that you would "Find" Many Great Treasure's !! 👍
Ulta is like my second home! I go at least twice a month 🙈🙈🙈 but they have so many great things!! Plus you can sign up for their rewards program and save up your points, and them use them for cash off your purchase!! I mostly stay on the drugstore/affordable side but sometimes, I do mosey over to the high end side

I'm not sure if you have a Savers where you live but at my local Savers I get those hangers 12 hangers $1.00 ... if you do have a Savers you should check it out you may get different colors and my closet I have black,red purple but it does the job
