Why is Maui County not being held to account for their SHAMEFUL STONEWALLING regarding the Release of the ATF's Investigative Report into the Cause and Origin of the Lahaina Wind/Firestorm Disaster????? And WHY on earth was the report sent to County of Maui Dept of Fire and Safety for review prior to its release to the Public????
I thought the whole point of the ATF report was to ensure an impartial investigation was carried out. Its hardly impartial, if they are running it by the MFD first, to make sure they have all their ducks in a row. Complete honesty, and Transparency is a MUST when more than 102 human beings have been horrifically cremated, more than 2,200 Structures and an entire Community have been obliterated and thousands have been displaced and are no doubt traumatized for life!
@@MyFavouriteMartin1 I did not know about the County stone walling? what did they do? I know the FSRI failed to confiscate Mayor Bissen and Police Chief Pelletiers Phones so we could see exactly what they were doing the day of the Fire. FSRI only retrieved Andayas Phone. Why? We need a new independent investigation not controlled by the A.G. or Lopez opinions. We actually need a criminal investigation. Pelletier is a liar who covers his ohole by his own cooked up After Action Report and his data is used in A.G. Report, So, truth is hard to get from a liar. It is a skewed mess.

@@donnawolfe2365 Maui County have been sitting on the ATF's Reported Findings for almost a month now and have still not released it to the public! It is supposedly in the hands of the MFD and its apparently up to the MFD to decide if or when it will get released to the public! ??? SMFH ????
The MFD have apparently been conducting their own Origin and Cause Investigation and that is why they are holding off on releasing the ATF's Findings, to give themselves time to go over all the findings, and make sure there are no glaring discrepancies between the two reports.
The equally pathetic ATF have tried to big note themselves stating that they intend to post the full 600 page report on their website! But surprise, surprise, they will only do so, *AFTER* Maui County has released its own Origin and Cause Report. So naturally Maui County will continue to stall, and stall, and stall. And the ATF will cry and say that their hands are tied. Blah blah blah.
We know that these Evil and Corrupt SOB's will do anything and everything to stop the TRUTH from ever getting out!!!!
@@donnawolfe2365 The FSRI's failure to confiscate the phones of Mayor Bissen and Police Chief Pelletier is a major TELL and imo shows the depth of the Corruption in Hawaii. But you dont have to look too deeply to figure out why these failures occurred.

And who hired AG Anne Lopez? = Governor Green.

while HECO and Maui County, are paying out money, they should come up with some type of agreement about what they will do next time when power poles and lines fall on evacuation routes! will they be restoring power and reinstalling power poles in the middle of an 80 mph wind storm on one of the towns one and only Escape Routes out? will the police chief Pelletier be required to retake training in how to manage traffic in the middle of an emergency so he can learn how to contra flow Roads, will Maui officials actually ever tell the public if they will ever actually sound the sirens in the event of another fire? will police chief Pelletier be required to be in the Emergency Operating Center next time working with other department heads who will also be required to be there? Have they decided yet, who will actually be in charge of the next emergency and how will they figure out if they should fully activate the EOC? will police officers be required to have Desperately needed training in traffic Control? how will Maui County officials figure out if the power is on or if the power is off and when they find out what will be their method of communication to their workforce, since they have none at the present time ??? that's a difficult one! So, now with all that money spent out, and all the unnecessary death and destruction, how will all these people and entities responsible for Public Safety be able to prevent this from happening again and not repeat their same failed emergency responses? Who knows? pretty much, the same inept incompetent officials run the show with, I am sure, the same repetitive Patterns of Behavior that instead of protecting people's lives in an emergency, they endanger them. the Public in Lahaina and Maui should be vigilant and prepared for emergences and not count, on officials to Protect on save their lives. The past and past actions tell the truth of that.

I agree, they never did their job of having Their Justice Department do a Full In-depth investigation of the Lahaina Fire. they never sent out any good investigators from the mainland, and here. this is the deadliest fire in over a century in America! problem is they're all Democrats and you're going to make damn sure they protect each other's asses.
