      Facts. However combining fasting with berberine, fisetin, and quercetin makes fasting more effective.
      Also, OMAD is fine if your goal is weight loss, but if your goal is anabolism, the best approach is a weekly 1 or 2 day fast, and a high-protein healthy diet 5-6 days per week.

And I think that's just for 10mg of the stuff. In any case, it's stated _"Human or animal use and/or consumption is strictly prohibited by law."_ I'd wait for the properly human form to arrive.

      4:05 I know it’s totally outside the purview of this talk as well as this channel, but we never asked the question if our economic model which were all essentially enslaved to across the planet earth is the cause that limit are ability to fix any of these issues
      I cringe when the pragmatist who otherwise try to innovate on healthcare does so within our capitalist resource/profit driven model. We even distorted history to make it like there’s no other choice in figuring this out other than looking at things through a cost lens.
      This prevents us from looking at the various industrial practices that contribute to the declining health that is literally wasting all of the efforts of medical increases in lifespan. We don’t consider in the slightest curtailing, the various destructive agents that companies and industry create throughout the environment, as well as the artificial food industry that is at the epicenter of Destruction of our health and the cause of our deaths.
      Those of us who have jobs or any relationships with industry have strangely rationalize away this straight in our face reason for our health issues.
      Such blindness is painfully obvious for those of us who are not impressed by status, academic achievements, presentations or articulate speakers. What we see often shown on the channel as well as shown mostly everywhere is efforts trying to combat a tsunami by gluing back together, a leaf blowing off a branch. we celebrate learnings and association made during that gluing process all the while the tsunami rages on

    So bad cells or senescent cells are doing negative output to the body and if remove the better, instead of fixing them, destroy them and the body work better because dont have cells that work bad and only good cells, sound like fasting but jajaja more steps, do a intense fasting and all those bad senescent cells will not survive or they will die first because they are weak cells, and only the strong cells will survive... you can intensify fasting by oxigen or deep breeding, your metabolism spend way more energy wen breading is deep and in relaxation to the point that all bad cells will die... there you'd be electricity certain frequency that normal cells can whidstand but bad cells die of or light frequency.

    • @tsmith3286
      @tsmith3286 3 дня назад

      It isn’t desirable at least in the majority of cancer patients to repair a cell that shouldn’t be there in the first place. You wouldn’t want a tumor to all of the sudden become a normal part of the body especially if it’s in an undesirable location where surgery isn’t able to remove it.

    • @jefferyjeffery1707
      @jefferyjeffery1707 3 дня назад

      @tsmith3286 Nope...That's not true!!
      90% of all cancer cells are reversable !! Because it's a metabolic disease. If you changevyourvdiet. You can reverse your cancer. Both of my parents and I all had different cancers within months of each other. Both of my parents died.
      Then when I'm listening to my medical Doctors. And I've been to Harvard...Duke...John Hopkins...Mayo/University of Iowa...Univ. of NC...Univ. of Miami...Will Eye...Wake Forest.
      My doctirs were the Head of the Cancer Department. Because my cancer was extremely large...and very rare. So rare...that the Dept. Heads were my Doctors.
      And they said we can take your eye out and it will be gone. Yes...but it's melanoma. And what makes it so deadly...is that it metastasis easily and always comes back.
      So my question was...what do I eat and do. To make my body not conducive for cancer to even exist....and they had no idea.
      So...because as I have a huge medical background...triple major in chemistry, mathematics, Biophysiology and Genetics. I vecspentbthe last 12years pouring thru medical research documents from around the world. And while cancer can be thought of as complex. But...its really not!!
      I must have been thru 6,000 studies by now...with about 3,000 documents I have in my inventory. And have been mapping out all the biochemical reactions out!! And one of those misnomer is....
      That you shouldn't try to reverse cancer or senescence cell...as it will spark more cancers. NOT TRUE!!
      I mean how cancer cell switch to uncontrolled growth...metastisis..cancervatem cells...etc...etc!! I've got it all. And will be drafting this all up....and publishing it.
      90% of CANCERS ARE ALL REVERSIBLE!!
      Even the misnomer of Telomeres. As well as...diabetes...Alzheimers...heart disesse...etc..etc!! Once you understand one disease....reversing others are a from the same basic science.
      I mean...when the Tobacco companies all got sued and lost because of their health damage....I did the medical research at the FDA and others.
      I mean even now...they can't even find any scar tissue left from my tumor.
      Anyway....
      Jeffery....⚘️
