    Someone fire the AV/camera man here. Maddening to have him showing slides and have the video just zoomed in on him where you can't see the slides. What's the point of showing the back of someone's head vs. the content they are presenting? UGH.

    Just don't eat simple carbohydrates (if possible). And exercise regularly (doesn't have to be 10,000 steps a day!🤦‍♂️). Oh and have good sleep rountine.

      Horrible advice. Fruit and carbohydrates in fruit, especially the soluble fiber, is the most anti-aging food or medicine available. Secondly, our bodies try to maintain a homeostatic level of blood glucose, because our cells prefer sugar as fuel, especially in an emergency or high energy output situation. ‘How Not to Die,’ by Dr. Michael Gregor goes over this. #1 seller in medical nutrition

    Jon should win in November but I don't think he'll retire , he'll keep the belt hoping you either lose or get an injury that keeps you out for a few months , if that happens he'll offer Alex a fight and the UFC will make it happen , if Tom doesn't lose or get injured then Jon will just keep waiting until the UFC gives him an ultimatum to either give up the belt or defend it against Tom , they'd probably let Jon sit on the belt for 12 months before trying to force a defence and then Jon will want a few months to train if he finally accepts to fight Tom , unfortunately for Tom if I'm right the earliest he'll get a chance at the " real belt " is close to 2 years from now . If Stipe wins in November then a rematch with Jones would be huge and I'm confident the UFC would make it happen.

    I am detecting many over-statements and over-simplifications in this presentation. What is your basis for your One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil per day heals? The brain plaques may well cause brain inflammation, but it is not the root cause or first source of the inflamation.

    Again with the 10,000 steps a day bs! What normal human being get to walk that much every single day unless it's their profession or is forced to do so in order to live? Do these doctors think everyone just has a threadmill laying around in their studio apartment? Even in villages or towns, who in their right mind are going 10,000 steps daily just for the fun of it? 🤦‍♂️

      I get 10,000 steps in every day. Its possible, even if sometimes I've got to walk/run for an hour at the end of day. About 1.5 - 2 hours of running/ walking a day does it.

      It’s not BS since up until the last hundred years human beings were regularly doing that many steps
      The only thing I would say that it’s a high degree of confidence of this correlation, but it’s still a correlation nonetheless.

      @@patrickmcguinness1363 out of the hundreds of people that I know in my life, not even one percent of them are doing 10,000 steps every single day. No normal or regular person has either the drive, energy, time nor space to do that once, let alone every single day. And I'm willing to bet that out of the thousands of centenarians that have lived on earth, most of them didn't also. That's just a bs pseudo science. Exercising is definitely the number one factor for health and longevity but it's definitely NOT that 10,000 steps bs.

      Its pretty easy, I walk 5km at sunrise, then 20 minutes walk after lunch and diner plus whatever steps I do in the course of a day

    Sorry, but these longevity predictions are complete nonsense. We're not somehow magically all going to live to age 120-125. That would require very advanced technology probably centuries away. Starting with genetically engineered babies. I would listen more to Peter Attia and his predictions. He himself thinks it's very likely he will not even make it to age 90. But he still trains and lives to make it to age 100. Much more realistic view on longevity.
