What if the windows that we had disabled it permanently, and edit the value in the registry editor plz, on windows 11 coz some of the app that i use can't access to internet

mine is allways saying update fail.. need to get on track.. reboot now or in 1 hr.. wtf.. i just started doing this.. i system recovered 1-2 months back.. i tryed this technique.. it seem too stop... but its now doing it again.. i did it exactly.. im pretty decent going into ystem .. ect i know enough. but this is inasin this is quad core 8 gig ram hp touch screen .. fuckk its every 2-3 hours..
