This is the perfect size camping trailer and has everything you need to eat, sleep, shower and enjoy the great outdoors... also, it seems like its very well built. I for one am glad it doesn't have any tacky looking graphics plastered all over the outside.
Tell them to nix the gaudy exterior graphics. I hate graphic designs on RVs. Tone-on-tone upholstery is the best for the interior, too. Simple, clean design is much better. I love the cabinets.
I think it looks good without all outside decorations or paint trims, just the doggy decal is perfect. And maybe offer optional colors like foam green, yellow, orange, teal would look awesome.
I wish Snoozy II the best. I love the layout. Can't wait to see more additions but still keeping it simple. Must haves are solar and propane options. I'd like to see the hitch adapter on the back for bike rack, basket, swingout, etc. Live long and prosper Snoozy.
I like it with no graphics. Looks really clean. I also like that it’s built to last. Might advertise that durability for those who might intend to full time in it. Fiberglass seems like the way to go if leaks are a concern.
When the 1200 Solar lithium battery set up gets figured out, I’m all in!! I’ve been looking all year- want fiberglass clamshell for a near solid bottom impervious to mice and bugs!!! This SNOOZY 2 is perfect!
I've been following the Snoozies for about 6 years. By the time I was ready to buy, they just started having their problems, so I went with a different brand. Glad to see this unique design is back in business!!!
J Wills: We bought a Winnebago Minnie-Drop. It's 2,300 lbs. and has everything a couple could need. The table can be put down for a bed but we didn't tell our kids that. It's our time now. We bought it in May 12, 2019 and put 17 camping trips on it. We escaped COVID during the summer. Come on 2021 for more fun.
Forget the graphics. I'm boondocking right now and let me tell you SOLAR is the way to go. Not everyone wants to be running a generator. But a toilet that is only good for 2 uses, not so good.

Love it. This is a trailer begging for a lot of solar (1200 watt) and a big Lithium Ion battery pack 10khw or so. That would run the A/C and an induction cooktop and possibly a water heater.
I sent a message to them about lithium batteries and solar. No response yet. What problems are they having? I'm really interested in downsizing to something like this.
HOLY SMOKES! This is the first small camper I've seen that didn't waste all the available space trying to make the whole thing a (#!?&)ing kitchen. I NEVER cook inside a camper, and yet 99.9% of the designs are at least 33% used up with kitchen space. I LOVE this "as is" and my next camper buy will be just like this one. Wow wow wow!!! Good job guys! High durability and reliability is my favorite kind of camper!
There’s no organic material to rot, and the core is over 1/2” thick. You could install some stainless unistrut with screws and polyurethane sealant, and be good to go.
This is a sweet little travel trailer, new owner will be in business a long time! Like the idea of owner picking out cooking surface, I don’t think every one wants the same thing. Keep posting videos!
Love how practical and sturdy that is. Oak cabinets though add lots of weight. Wonder if pine is an option. First impression of the interior I thought it looked like a hotel room. Very cozy. If you get stuck in a downpour you could wait it out comfortably. Make a cup of coffee, read a book or watch a game and relax!
Nobody responded to this but we are getting lacquered maple cabinets in our unit. Should be a minor weight savings and a nice upgrade in aesthetics. Pine would be a little soft and oak is still lighter than MDC/particleboard cabinets.
I love the idea of being able to pick out items that make the camper more personalized. A solid roof is a major plus, less maintenance. No graphics is also a plus. I would rather not have the sofa and change the bathroom some. Add lithium battery bank and solar and good to go.
This is first time ive looked at a snoozy. I like the style, sleek, do something with boat trailer fenders.the interior is nice.twin beds would open up more floor area.two comfortable chairs & a table with folding legs also.I like no holes, in roof, no decals, a regular slideout trailer.step. when I saw that bed, thpught iId sufficate till I saw side window option. How about a larger window centered on lower half by the hitch for ventilation? For me, Id like a verticle window behind the tv.three windows would seem less cave like.a 5, 000 btu wall a c would cool a small space like that. The bathroom is just fine.a porta pottie would satisfy. There was no mention of a grey tank for shower & sink.OTHERWISE a very nice trailer.😅
This is my dream camper with a few things to make it perfect. Off road package to include propane system hookups, domestic 3 way frig, and a side dinette, off road tires and higher suspension. It's right in between a scamp/casita 13-16 foot with a better more open floor plan. Price it accordingly and you will have a waiting list a mile long..
I have to agree. A better way to spend retirement money than on a $150. a night or more for a room. It also is compact so can go more places. Id pull that up to my camp/garden plot, and enjoy the evening.. watch flowers bloom, trade some honey for some eggs, and go stick my feet in the stream ir enjoy a hammock.
I am glad to see this camper back and to see some of the updates in changes that have been made from the original. I had like the inclusion of a wet bath in the corner and I think the space inside is nice. I would like to see 2 captains chairs in place of the sofa bed and a curtain for the bedroom area. Otherwise I think it looks pretty good. I hope the company continues to innovate and offer our customers lots of options as to where to put windows and other items they would like. The one thing I really like is having a 6000 BTU air conditioner in the back instead of a 15000 BTU air conditioner on the roof. This actually would allow somebody to use a solar generator to power that air conditioner versus a much larger BTU setup on the roof, Even if it has a soft start feature.
on ours, there is a system to easily add a curtain for the bed. Captain chairs would be nice, except sometimes we have our daughter with us and need the bed. The sofa is very comfy seating.
Clever, sensible design. The quality is apparent. I've seen these before, but never checked out the interior--surprisingly contemporary, good-looking space. Thanks!
Seems well built. I think a buyer could come up with some options. An example, I would like to have theater seating, rather than a sofa. Thanks for your video!
That sofa didn’t look to comfy with the back protruding in the middle when down. Also like the idea of a counter top stove, removable for counter space. I’d put a second large window behind the couch. The bathroom door needs a little wall on the sofa of door so the shower curtain/corner can catch all possible water from getting out. The idea of the cassette toilet is great but if it could also have a way for it to be hooked up to a blue boy sitting on ground below camper to get more toilet uses and less trips to dump it.
I like the fact that it’s all electric, it simplifies your systems and perfect if you stay at RV sites with 120v. I think there is a definite place for this in the RV world ..... assuming the price is right. The one drawback are all those pissed customers who apparently got stung with the closing of the original Snoozy factory, after putting down a deposit. I hope the new owners succeed, it’s a really neat trailer.
Great trailer. Love the bathroom with cassette toilet. Here's a suggestion...I might be way off on this one, but here it goes: put the air conditioner on metal tracks so that it can be rolled inside when not in use and cover the area with a waterproof door. Can make it air tight when inside or deployed. Less wear and tear on the unit, easier to fix or replace.
The manufacturers seem to forget that most campers are out there to be with nature and hear the birds and frogs and crickets. I'm not looking for a miniature house.
I actually like the fact that you can choose you own cook top but if you know you want something specific you can ask for what you want then they build it wow nobody does that ❤
Very nice, the only thing I dislike is the sideways sink. It looks very awkward to use. I hope there is an option to put it in the usual way, facing front of the cabinets. I would love a trailer that you can order and leave out things you don’t want, such as the couch, etc. Also saves a little money by not putting in items that you don’t want
They could offer a deployable solar panel. All you need is a plug in on the outside and take out the panel when there's sun. That way you can point the panel towards the light while parked on the shadow and the roof is intact.
Right it’s clean those graphics always fade peel crack What is dog gone RV manufacturers keep adding them. This little snoozy will look good for years not like it’s Competition I think people need to understand this is something that is usable it is reasonable and it’s manufacturing they have made it for the serious camper that wants to use it all the time no frills your frills or the lake and the view outside but yes we do need a TV for the rainy days for sure and we want to have a big amplifier on that signal
I'd like to see a layout for a single person without the queen size bed, just a twin for me and more storage.... they need a solar solution. For those of us that boondock, how about lifting the unit a few inches with bigger tires?
Awesome glad Snoozy lives on! Hope they find ways to plus it up and innovate(looks like they already have!). Keep it n mind simplicity, durability and most practical desirable options wins customers. It’s bringing the competition to Happier Camper, Oliver, Armadillo for the top notch function and quality. I think unless feature is patented take the best innovations and incorporate them in like the long full slide out cast plastic storage drawers from Lance. I always hate having to dig out your stuff packed in the storage areas.
If you want to add solar panels use the Renogy glue on mounts, I have been using mine for 3 years without any problems. Use the recommended Sikaflex glue.
Looks awesome!! Nevermind the "fancy" stainless and fluff! Just extra cost for nothing. I love this trailer. Structural tough! Great aerodynamic shape, lightweight and beautiful....I'm heading to your website now!

I like that prepping cook space, it seems really spacious, and the storage is phenomenal, Homey! Cost with add ONS?
Good to see someone is reviving the SNOOZY! Good to see that they added the boat building techniques to it. Still would rather have the 8k btu unit. It might be over kill but at least you wont be sweating your butt off in the keys some summer day. Disappointed that they took out the standard house queen mattress though.
Great Job Snoozy 2, good to see the units back on the market! Don't pay any nevermind to the Propane Proponents, some good Batteries, some solar and you are good to go!
This would be a great weekender or to pull into the microfarm collective. I like the size for pulling. Then just store items at my cabin shed instead of taking everything back and forth. Saves time and maneuvering.
That awful carpet stuff absorbs condensation in these small fiberglass egg style campers. Moisture from condensation is a problem that can ruin many things in campers that many don't consider. Things like cabinets, doors, framings, metal that can rust, water proofing seals, electronics, musical instruments, etc. can all get damaged or ruined from condensation.
I hate that ... should take 10 min to see in and out ... with 50 million videos out there, i hate to spend 30 min on a video they like to sttttrrrreeeeeeetttch out l0l
That wood "divider" around the bedroom entrance makes that thing look HUGE to our eyes! When it was in the background for some shots it just looked 6x deeper than it is, and it is the smallest end.....love it! And skip the graphics, keep the dog only, and place some risers on top for REAL solar panels, not those flat 100 watt glue on ones. You have us really thinking now....
I just discovered this! Love it! One question- Do you have it with an off road package available for those of us who prefer to stay away from the over crowded RV parks & go where the roads maybe gravel, or dirt or a grassy field? Not overlanding, just rutted dirt roading.
I really did like this Lil Snoozy. Truly the inside was great. I *LOVED* the cabinets. I liked the layout of this Snoozy. I agree with the tv option and it looked very cozy yet looked like their was plenty of room. Loved the bathroom (of course). *lol* But it does look well made and I like the idea of no leaking. Nice form too. Thank you for sharing 🌳👫🏡🚙🌷🌼🌞
This is nice but I don’t like all the “options.” Windows & steps should be standard? Once you get all of the “options” I’m sure the price goes up considerably? May as well get a regular travel trailer. Haven’t watched all the way through & I don’t know the price so I’m just speculating😃
I always thought the original Snoozy was the best product concept and I think similarities in "other" high-end competitors proves that out. Imition is the sincerest form of flattery! Can wait to see this new veture take hold. Please try to use standard matresses to contain cost and give the customer a choice for sleeping comfort. Great job of bringing back a much loved classic.
Newly retired and new to travel trailers. I have been looking at all different types and styles. I like this one the best so far the 1 draw back is how you empty the toilet. What is the starting price?
I totally like this camper. Durability is the first thing that comes to my mind. I actually like the fact that the lil snoozy, Is so simple & plain. My mind is racing with endless possibilities Of decor and equipment.
@@c50ge i hope so as i want to have a goto place for them to pull into. A deck with screen porch for regulars. A cabin to hold supplies or garden tools... perfect. Then when you feel like traveling leave stuff locked onsite for the season. No need to pay for a big house when you can now travel and just a home base if you need it for mail, goto bugout location, or just a seasonal get away.
Keith Burns that's way too much! considering there is no stove, solar, and that dinky "2 use" toilet. Why pay for something which is "overbuilt"? Isn't that a fancy way of saying "wasteful"?
@@johnnyreb8030 looked on site for price too, and not mentioned in video. Too much for what it is....cargo conversion for much less, FG exterior not important and in fact I would worry more about required maintenance to protect from UV degredadation
I like this little trailer. I do wish there was a little handwashing sink in the wet bath. I it is really gross to use the toilet and then come out to the kitchen sink to wash your hands. I'm really happy to see a cassette toilet! I'm thinking when they referenced two uses, they meant 2 weekend getaways(?). I do like the separate countertop from the area for a cooktop and the sink. It's kind of like a little sideboard/buffet setup . . . Or cocktail bar. Cheers! 🍸🍷🍺
I like this one for 2500weight. I think a good follow up design would be add pull out front to back or sometype motorized/ manuel pull out. But certainly a good item!
I have looked high and low for a trailer designed for a couple. This looks like a good start to what I would like to see. Just need a full bathroom ( 3 seperate pieces).
Really like the wall-mounted air conditioner. Doesn't add height on the top or mounted where it would be in danger of getting smashed. I had a VW van once, which was not very tall, but there were plenty of parking structures where I sweated a bit squeezing through the entrance. 😧 🚌 😅

I kinda went a little shy on that. Our Thedford rep has been plugging on me too. Its actually 4.5 gallons. Sorry...
50 yards to the outhouse, by Willie Makeit..
One trip to Taco Bell would do me in
I'ved always loved those little snoozy's when it firsted came out, till now. Thanks for the upload guys, loved it
I really like that the inside is not covered with that awful carpet stuff
This would be a great weekender or to pull into the microfarm collective. I like the size for pulling. Then just store items at my cabin shed instead of taking everything back and forth. Saves time and maneuvering.
That awful carpet stuff absorbs condensation in these small fiberglass egg style campers. Moisture from condensation is a problem that can ruin many things in campers that many don't consider. Things like cabinets, doors, framings, metal that can rust, water proofing seals, electronics, musical instruments, etc. can all get damaged or ruined from condensation.
Love the simplicity. Wait to look for the finished product for a full review. Best wishes!
I want the snoozy more than any other travel trailer!!!😍
I really like this. Few more yrs hopefully ill be ready to get my camper, this has my interest
Took 20 mins just to get to the inside lol
I hate that ... should take 10 min to see in and out ... with 50 million videos out there, i hate to spend 30 min on a video they like to sttttrrrreeeeeeetttch out l0l
That wood "divider" around the bedroom entrance makes that thing look HUGE to our eyes! When it was in the background for some shots it just looked 6x deeper than it is, and it is the smallest end.....love it!
And skip the graphics, keep the dog only, and place some risers on top for REAL solar panels, not those flat 100 watt glue on ones. You have us really thinking now....
I think this looks fantastic. The solid, no-nonsense, streamlined design is what makes it great.
Exactly Laura, I think it's cool that they took from the previous design and added/improved upon it.
With the exception of those black doors, I like this trailer just as it is.
I just discovered this! Love it! One question- Do you have it with an off road package available for those of us who prefer to stay away from the over crowded RV parks & go where the roads maybe gravel, or dirt or a grassy field? Not overlanding, just rutted dirt roading.
Give it another year for them to figure out how to finish it out. Still raw and in the works!
Glad they are bringing this company back.
A new sub today!
Loved the presentation video on the new 2020 Snoozy II!
@Sandra Sandy Manning thank you! Thank you for subbing to our channel, hopefully we won't disappoint :-)
I love this, the wood is really beautiful plenty of counterspace great video.
This is nice but I don’t like all the “options.” Windows & steps should be standard? Once you get all of the “options” I’m sure the price goes up considerably? May as well get a regular travel trailer. Haven’t watched all the way through & I don’t know the price so I’m just speculating😃
This is my new favorite small camper
If they could figure out a way to put a murphey bed in this thing, that would be even better. More room while not sleeping. I likd this alot
Love what you have done. Need solar but it’s spacious! Good job!
Neat camper. I like the simplicity.
@Jim Limberakis thanks for watching! ~Carla
very practical.. I used to work with fiberglass, the stuff is amazing...
It would be helpful if you would include a msrp range in your reviews.
Starting at $31,900
Price is important. One of the guys that sells the most does so because he gives the price on every presentation
Starts at $31,900
Offer an option with no graphics, this one looks great.
Really like this one and the boat material it's made from.
The bathroom looked nice. It looked like the shower had floor space. The round toilet helps.
I actually like the fact that the lil snoozy,
Is so simple & plain.
My mind is racing with endless possibilities
Of decor and equipment.
Why do they put electrical near water components, shouldn't there be more separation between them in future designs?
Pam m
Usually all the utilities come from close to the same area.normally on the rear. And the driver side.(easier to backup into the site)
So there will be enough campers to go around
@@c50ge makes sense to have water a little ways from electrical but i guess sometimes its easier to use one utility post.
@VeryCleaverName nice... hugs.
@@c50ge i hope so as i want to have a goto place for them to pull into. A deck with screen porch for regulars. A cabin to hold supplies or garden tools... perfect. Then when you feel like traveling leave stuff locked onsite for the season. No need to pay for a big house when you can now travel and just a home base if you need it for mail, goto bugout location, or just a seasonal get away.
this rv looks very aerodynamic...
I'm too lazy to listen to the whole video. Did they mention the cost of this unit? Their website doesn't list a price
28k
No price given. Should be the 1st thing said! I don't look at Rolls Royces when I can't afford them!
Keith Burns that's way too much! considering there is no stove, solar, and that dinky "2 use" toilet. Why pay for something which is "overbuilt"? Isn't that a fancy way of saying "wasteful"?
@@carlavalentine5707 I don't know what they mean by a '2 use' toilet, we use it for a week easily. There are 2 of us.
'
Cheers! 🍸🍷🍺
The cassette is 4.5 gallons. Probably more than two uses but I guess it depends on the user.
I saw one of these many years ago and liked it. The long delivery leadtime was an issue.
I really like this camper!! This would be perfect for me & the wife now that we are empty nesters!
Uhm uhm uhm uhm uhm , for almost 20 minutes, before we cute inside , uhm uhm uhm
I like this one for 2500weight. I think a good follow up design would be add pull out front to back or sometype motorized/ manuel pull out. But certainly a good item!
Glad to see these back.Love this design
No to the big graphics. Sleek & simple. Make them optional.
I have looked high and low for a trailer designed for a couple. This looks like a good start to what I would like to see. Just need a full bathroom ( 3 seperate pieces).
I hate it when they JACK THEIR JAWS for about 8 M long before they show the camper. They lost us.
Flappin' their gums...
This is nice, it has all you need and looks comfortable!
Good thing u asked about the hitch, he was gonna bypass it!!👍
Really like the wall-mounted air conditioner. Doesn't add height on the top or mounted where it would be in danger of getting smashed. I had a VW van once, which was not very tall, but there were plenty of parking structures where I sweated a bit squeezing through the entrance. 😧 🚌 😅
