I'm confused. If you haven't had a cycle in over a year, aren't you already post-menopausal? You stated that you are preparing for menopause, but the hysterotomy already pushed you into menopause.

i did not have an oophorectomy so still have my hormones.. that's how i dont have the other post menopausal symptoms due to the low hormones.. so thats what i am preparing for

After hysterectomy, during sex where does the semen go?
