Hello, from someone who've done this a couple times, make sure to still eat on time, stay hydrated, and also take naps if necessary. It will help you focus more on the task that you're doing. Studying for long hours is useless if you are not retaining and learning something. Sorry if that sounded harsh, but it's the truth. Good luck to your productive study sessions!
Yeah, thanks! Actually I studied for 3 hours and I couldn't go more because I felt so tired and I couldn't focus anymore! So I take many breaks during the day^^
I studied like this for 3 months 9-10 hours as a 6th grade student and when I was 7th grade 10-12 hours I became a topper but felt a bit burnt in the summers so thank you for this it helps ! 190th like
@Cloudy-np2le You don't need to study 12 hours in 7th grade tho. I studied in the toughest curriculum in India and managed to get academic excellence award (as well as playing state level tkd championships )by just studying for 3 to 6 hours. Well it also depends on how much your brain can retain. Do you have ADHD?
