We carved the intersecting lines and finished the ring by damascening.
The most difficult part of the process is to adjust the amount of pressure when carving with tagane(chisel) from all sides. If it is too deep or too shallow, the gold will not fit.
In the video, you also hear the sound of the hand carving. This is a good Japanese ASMR, isn't it?
