5: 55, indeed, a too powerful of spring can break the plastic. I added too much weight to a plastic hammer, maybe 30% over stock, and the extra force started braking the gun apart on the inside right away.
That's the only thing you can use in Europe as self defence weapon. If it goes through one sheet of paper then it is classified as magnum bb gun and have to be deactivated 😂

I did the same renovation on the same gun. I used an extra powerful spring and it now goes through 2 inch armour plate at a range of 200 yards . I will continue to improve the spring and mechanism until it is able to punch through 8 inches of a p at a range of 2 miles

@@knrz2562 The work is now complete . At a maximum range of 3 miles it can now punch through 15 inches of diamond grade armoured titanium . The armament is equipped with reduced plutonium isotopes , with a half life of 400 million years . The whole set up came to 15 bucks and a quarter . The hard part was , finding a re enforced rubber band to hold the spring in place .

The problem is if the spring you are using is too strong for the components holding the spring, eventually the components would give way.
Exactly , It breaks on normal spring in few days. It will only shoot few times before breaking on the strong spring.

I own a blue 10£ one and it can fire up to 15 yards.
Always remember to wear safety glasses. You just never know when the BB is going to bounce back at you and hit you in the eyes. You also just don’t know if the the gun is going to break apart when you fire the gun and plastic pieces come flying back at your eyes. I’m just saying to who ever is watching. Be very careful and always wear your safety glasses.
