But sum bolt actions are using a spring system so technically he is right but he is mostly wrong with his wording.
technicaly it is a spring replica so he is right, the bolt action is only aesthetic to look like a real bolt action, but technicaly it is just a slide and a catch for the piston of the spring system.
so just like a 0.5j spring bb gun for kids, it is just a more fancy spring loaded gun and not a bolt action.
if you want to be picky that is what it is
after all it is not a gas powered riffle with ejecting shells like the kar98k from g&g that is closer to a real bolt action than the cyma vsr10.
I mean.... really it's both. All guns need an energy source to move the projectile. In this case that's the spring which, after being released, pushes a cylinder head into a cylinder which pressurizes/forces out the air in that cylinder.
That spring is compressed by the cooking handle, which would be the bolt carrier group should it be the real thing.
You have to chamber a round, cock the weapon (compress the spring), and fire. Just like the real deal only the spring basically takes the place of both the firing pin and the fuel source.

Doesn’t really seem like much research was done here. A lot of these guns are either low/medium end or not actually airsoft guns. The only exception I could see is the Vulcan minigun. Don’t know why that one that shoots 11mm bbs was listed when you state it shoots almost as hard as a real gun.

The thing that got me was the "highly accurate up to 60ft". Like it looks super cool and i definitely want one, but other than lewks, not great for actual play.

As you can see, it stands out for the rail mounted on the top of the gun which most if not all airsoft primaries include.
Requirements to make an airsoft gun good
1. Has a wide range
2. Its powerful
3. Has a high or medium fire rate (except for snipers)
4. Has a high mobility rate (still except for snipers and for miniguns)
5. It has to be very accurate (except for miniguns)
6. Has a high stability (still freaking exceptfor miniguns)
7. Can make you banned from all airsoft games)
This is just sad. As an airsoft tech, alot of things are no where near as "powerful" as the video claims. This is more unique setups than powerful

Normaly I realy like your vids. So I´m sorry to say, but for this one the research was done quite poorly. I understand that it is hard to find good footage on the net for good airsoft guns, but still...calling a fabarm stf 12 spring shotgut as most powerful is just horrendous.

When he said "It has a low cap magazine of 25 bb's" i almost peed myself from laughter, 25 bb's in a pistol is a lot, really only a Glock holds that (if I'm thinking of the right one)
When he said that the CA minigun has an increased rate of fire from the 8 barrels I peed myself, the gun only has on firing barrel, the thing that gives it such a high rate of fire is the large ammo pool and the fact you need a whole ass gas tank to use it.

large ammo pool does not increase fire rate. it allows more shots to be fired before requiring a reload, but doesn't effect rps.

Aside from the dmr guns. The rest weren’t even powerful. Any m4 with an hpa conversion can push harder and faster than all of them. I run polarstar and can crank up to 99 rounds per second. Though feeding can be an issue. I keep it around 35 rps as to not make enemies on the field.
