Hi ! I am your new subscriber. Great to see your video. I got a suggestion for you . To make the radish salad you don't need to add veniger to make sour. What you need is only salt, pepper and dry chilli. It will make radish sour ,juicy and little bit red.
Its really nice to teach how to make these tasty stuffs, i liked it. Thanks and keep it going...Just a small correction - the browny red vegetable you use is not bitter root but its called beetroot.
Looks lovely! My mom taught me how to make radish pickle when I was little, but I never added Sichuan pepper or dried chili peppers, just beet, vinegar, sugar and salt. I will definitely make these soon because I have fresh radish and beets in my refrigerator. Thank you once again for sharing your recipes and techniques.

Yes u should wait till it cool down coz if we put lid before it cool down n put in refrigerator then it lead to broke the glass. So I think better u wait to cool
we use beetroot juice from canned beetroots it already has vinegar sugar salt inside it..we pickle cabbage and cauliflower cut wash drain add salt then add beetroot juice..easy peasy You can eat after u store in glass jars in cupboards for about 2weeks then you can eat with bbq meats or what ever..

Did you use bitter root or red onion ? I suggest you use bitter root coz it gives better color. regarding taste, check your vinegar . if still taste normal add bit more vinegar.

By the way Sichuan pepper is not so necessary.if u add black pepper it’s also ok but compare to Sichuan pepper to black pepper both r having different taste. So it’s not so necessary but if want u can add.
Yerma. It is has dintictly recognizeable dominant taste and it makes your mouth feel something quite not so funny. You may stop eating your food whole together if you are not familiar with it. We use it mainly in chilli sauce. So this is precious Yerma.

Why u kept separated bottle
I separated to show the difference of color between onion and beetroot. That’s all only color is different and procedures are same
Can I reused the vinegar solution for radish pickles again?
this is specially a Tibetan Recipe and called 'Soen Labuk'

It is fine to use but it will not taste like Sichuan pepper.
sichuan pepper has the kick that normal black pepper don't have . it gives amazing flavour to the soup and reddish it self
