Hey Seankyoung! I have a question: is the phrase "a little kick" universal? That is to say, if you were to say "a little kick" in Korean, would it make sense to people? How do Koreans describe something to require a little spiciness for best flavor?
    Love the videos!

I wanted to thank you for sharing this recipe. I was very hesitant to try this because I REALLY don’t like raw onions. But after making and LOVING “Drug Eggs” (I don’t like boiled eggs usually), I decided to go for it.
I honestly forgot they were in there and because I sealed the jar after making them, I tried them now after several weeks in the fridge. The taste is BEAUTIFUL. It doesn’t taste at all of raw onions, the spicy pepper added just the right amount of heat and the sauce….🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
It still has its texture AND I used the brine on my steamed mandu with chili oil (thanks for that recipe too😉). Best late night dinner EVER!! Lol 😂
Thanks Again and keep the delicious recipes coming!!! 😊

penny bob A few months. If you want to keep longer, take only the liquid after a week and bring it to boil to get rid of excess moister and pour back into the pickle.

+msnobsessed I don't know what type of dark vinegar you are talking about, but soy sauce is already giving enough color so if the dark vinegar you are using is dark in color, please use regular vinegar that doesn't have much color.
