Question. I have custom orthotics and have replaced the top cover with a replacement off amazon since it's cheaper than having the podiatrist do it. However the part where the plastic ends at the ball of the foot is a steep 3 or 4 mm drop off. what material can i use to taper the transition and glue the bottom part of the new top cover?

Podiatrists who train in the UK undergo a 3-4 year degree in Podiatry. They can assess diagnose and treat a whole range of foot problems. To find out more please look at our educational and promotional video explaining the impact that podiatrist can make on foot health. A birds-eye view of podiatry, with a taster of the many aspects of podiatric practice. The video touches on sports and MSK, acupuncture, injection therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, the diabetic foot check, routine podiatry assessment, casting techniques, taping, exercises regimes, homeopathy, dermatology, forensics and education. The video also introduces the podiatrist, who they are and a little about the training required to become one - www.scpod.org/what-is-podiatry
Currently, podiatrists who possess the relevant annotations on the Health and Care Professions Council register have rights to the sale and supply and/or administration of various prescription only medicines and pharmacy only medicines, alongside rights to the sale or supply of general sales list medicines.
