I said: more burn can actually indicate muscle fatigue.

No. You're wrong. You can't spot remove fat on any part of the body doing a certain exercise for it. You must do a caloric deficit, 500kcal below your maintenance calories would be perfect. Cardio just helps you burn more calories so you can get to that caloric deficit easier, but it is absolutely not necessary for getting defined abs. Health-wise, cardio is important, but not to get defined abs if you're already on a caloric deficit, it just helps you burn more calories. Remember: abs are made at the gym; revealed in the kitchen.

..,:6$,() ……. May this message richly bless you and yours as it has bless me.

Many profess believers of Jesus Christ believe that the fourth commandment to keep the Sabbath holy was nailed to the cross and that we no longer have to keep it, while still embracing the other nine commands. Do you believe this?
Ask yourself this question: which one or ones of the following Ten Commandments do Jesus wants us to keep and obey?
      1. Thou shalt not have no other gods before me.
      2. Thou shalt not make or bow down to gpl raven image.
      3. Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain.
      4. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.
      5. Honor thy father and thy mother.
      6. Thou shalt not kill.
      7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
      8. Thou shalt not steal.
      9. Thou shalt not bear false witness.
      10. Thou shalt not covet.
      Answer_________________
The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses.
This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward.
God may allow the people that rules this world to enforce some type of Sabbath law to test people to see if they will keep His law or no.
Already, there are Sabbath laws/blue laws/Sunday laws on government books today.
Friday is not the true Sabbath. Saturday is not the true Sabbath. Sunday is not the true Sabbath, etc., because they are calculated by man’s time/calendars.
The true Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars. So, do your research on what you have read in this letter.
This information is helpful both now and future because we need to get back to God’s ways and if God should allow man to enforce a “Sabbath Test.” If such a test is allowed, may we choose wisely.
Let us seriously repent of our evil ways, stop worshiping other gods, talking about one another, stealing, killing, lying, fornicating, adultery, disobedient to parents, etc., etc., etc.
Let us seek God, read our bibles, memorize His commandments and do them, For God’s Kingdom is coming!! Repent! Repent! Repent!
Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. This Babylonian system is falling, the Powers in charge are aware of this fact but they cannot stop it. Their time is coming to an end! Our time is coming to an end!
If any worship the beast and his image and receive his mark, the same shall have no rest day or night and they shall be burnt with fire and brimstone. Revelation 13 and 14. Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14.
Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I look
At trytry and yidolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Education.” and it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth.
May The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

@Naruto Uzumaki I couldn't tell you how long it'll take you as I don't know what you look like, but as I said before you can't spot reduce fat (choose where fat comes off your body) and as most people do carry most fat around their stomachs you'll probably find it might take some time, but don't give up and keep on working hard! You're doing really well and creating healthy habits for yourself!
In regards to diet, still enjoy your bread and rice as carbs will give you energy but have them in small portions. I would suggest having a high protein diet (such as chicken, fish, turkey) with lots of vegetables as these will help keep you fuller for longer. If you do want to lose fat being in a calorie deficit (low calorie meals) is the best way to achieve this and eat naughty things in moderation and don't deny yourself anything as this is how people fall off the wagon. Hope this helps 😊

Abs are all about genetics and body fat distribution. If your genes are not set up for building abs, you would need to get unhealthily thin before seeing any hint of those abs. You can't decide where your genes put your body fat. And you need to have some amount of body fat, if you care about staying alive.
I'm sure this is an effective core workout. If you want to build core strength and ab muscles, because you want to be strong, go for it! If you are working to achieve ripped abs, please consult a doctor, to make sure you're not sacrificing your health in the process.

Come on guys, surely we can all agree, the best way to achieve fitness, on any level is to get up, get moving, and burn more calories than you take in.
I can guarantee you that while some of you are "exercising ur right to criticize ", She was certainly burning more calories than you were typing. I was encouraged. Thankfully, I am strong & confident, in my skin. Imagine the discouraged viewers, who happened by this quick video. They were intrigued 2c some "alternative moves" because "maybe they are not physically able" to do floor exercises. Just saying, probably more than one person, read ur comments, lost that "2 second 🥈 hopeful feeling" that could have possibly turned things around for them, then kept scrolling.
Ya know, most of us are grown who engage in this type of dialogue. A simple Rule of thumb that our Mom taught my siblings & I growing up, is that before you say anything, ask yourself (3) questions:
    1) Is it true?
    2) Is it kind?
    3) Is it necessary?
If ur comments do not meet all 3, then don't share it. Instead, opt for the grocery store approach. When ur strolling/scrolling by, and you see something that peaks ur interest, take off the shelf what applies "2U, or propels you forward, PERSONALLY, & leave the rest on the shelf for someone else. Time is a valuable commodity, that once used, we can't get back. I only chose to sacrifice these few minutes, in hopes of encouraging this content creator to continue to share positive videos or to the one who decided to actually assume this position and apply this technique. Hopefully this makes to someone, anyone?? 😊❤
