I never could get anyone to show me how to make over medium eggs, or find a tutorial, to make Real Over Medium eggs, usually it’s just ‘fried eggs’ which is Not the same, and so I never did,until I found you! Thx you so much
MY MAN!!! 🙌🙌 nothing better than an over medium egg. Perfectly runny yolk with a completely cooked white. When I was a breakfast cook at Steak n Shake, I had customers who wouldn't come in unless it was my day to open because they couldn't get a decent over medium egg.

An absolute delight, and eerily well-timed! I haven't been eating my eggs the way I like them because I can't quite figure out my new (old) stove top. This way of doing it seems like it would bypass my issues (that genuinely mostly were heat-related). I love over-medium eggs but I've always struggled with using a spatula to flip them. I watched your video and came home to my girlfriend making over-medium eggs. (Great timing!) She went to flip them with the spatula and I said "no babe, let me show you." I grabbed the pan and flipped 'em perfectly on the first try! I'd never done that in my life! She said "Wow! Ok!". I told her "Old Biker Dude taught me how to do this." Just wanted to pass that along. I sure appreciate the videos and the wisdom! A big "thank you" all the way from Alaska.
I’ve always loved cooking food. It’s like my favorite hobby so to speak. Food is the universal language. You could take 10 people, set them down at a table and even if they all spoke different languages, they’d enjoy their time together if the food was good. 😁

I now know what I've been doing wrong lol I let the pan stay on the eye. See I'm a scrambled lover, but my spouse prefers over medium. I often end up breaking the yolk or over cooking in general and now I know it's because I left the pan on the eye! Thank you!!

Thank you , yes my husband brought that runny white nastiness home for me and I was so grossed out, I can make myself the best but I always go through 2 to 3 eggs to get the perfect over medium egg 😂🙄 , I also use my bacon grease to flip over it as I cook it . I love over medium eggs on a bacon sandwich with mayonnaise 🥰🥰 id eat it everyday if I could ❤️

this mans worked in a diner, that egg flip was on point. reason they cant make them at the restaurant is because that cooks in debt up to his neck and has 2 kids and makes 9 dollars an hour and has a shift after for dinner the next 7 days xD xD
I remember when I began working at my one job at a truck stop restaurant, I couldn't flip an egg to save my life. After working there for 2 years and being the main egg cook in the mornings, I became an egg flipping master, I've probably made thousands of eggs in just that short 2.5 years.
Cool. I used to stop at Midway Truck Center up there on my way to NY City. That was as far as I could get on 1 days worth of hours. I’ve been up and down 79 many times.
