Hey, great video OBD. Maybe I'll cook an egg over medium correctly before I die after all. I've been trying since the 60's. I think it would be cool if your videos started with you pulling in off the street on your ride. And end with you heading back out onto the road. Just a thought. 😀

I don't understand why "over medium" has a runny yoke. I'm always looking for a "squidgy" yoke. Whenever I ask for over-medium at restaurants, I always end up with what seems like over easy to me. When I ask for over hard or over well, I get a fully cooked, solid egg. What I *actually* want is a cooked yoke that has a bit of "goo" left to it. More like "setting lava" than liquid yellow. "Over medium-well"? Is that a thing? 😅

Man, I cant flip eggs for shit. I gave up trying. I've had enough tears in my broken yolks. I baste my eggs if I want them like this.
