Still would be a plot twist that our guardian is one of the original three astronauts the traveler first meets and why it chose us.
Amongst the hundreds of thumbnails I passed by today, saw this and thought "maybe this is cool..." and I tapped not realizing I was gonna actually be fighting tears by the end. 41 year old male, been playing since day 1 of Destiny 1 & 2, countless hours laughing and connecting with random gamers all over the world. I'm just fascinated now with how this video pulled at my heart strings so hard, it shows me that this game definitely means more to me than I realized. Thanks for putting in the long hours to edit something like this together. It's so thoughtfully crafted. How can I not subscribe to your channel after that lol. Cheers Vanguard 🍻

I’ve only recently started my journey as a guardian but I remember in 2014 some kids talking about destiny. I watched the cinema-tics and I said to myself “one day I’m going to be a guardian” now here I am preparing my warlock, titan, and hunter for my final journey.
This definitely hit me with some serious nostalga. I remember way back when sitting at my grandparents place, booting up D1 for the first time full of childhood excitement. Now a decade later, I'm still here to see that story come to a close.
Man, this has me crying at 3am ;-; So many characters, so many people, so many memories and challenges and triumphs, it's hard to believe the story's almost over. Like Ghost said, one last time, let's rise
