I liked hearing about how you all feel more comfortable in your lives. It's important to hear from each one of you, also because you have different age ranges. One, thing that I didn't foresee was losing confidence in my 30's. When I turned 30, my confidence started to diminish. It's just so odd. When you're a teen you go through this feeling of who am i? But, I think I am experiencing it now.
When you guys said someone commented it was boring if it wasn't detailed, I thought I never think anything on the podcast is boring and I stand by that, but it is more interesting, fun and inspiring to hear more details, it makes it easier to understand, relate and reflect about what you guys are sharing as highs and lows. I have PMDD and when I’m in a depressive season of life, the week before my period is psychologically unbearable. I know I might be an extreme case, but I get hit with intrusive suicidal thoughts. Basically, my own body is working against me. Then I get my period and usually it’s as though I’m in a completely different body and mind. A total transformation. It’s rough out here. Sharing this so that I can help someone going through a similar experience get diagnosed and get help❤️
My husband will be 40 this year and he has been shaving his head for the last 13-14 years. He was balding in his 20s and decided he was NOT going to look like a toilet seat - with the hair growing in on the sides and not on top. It’s sexy, I love it! He has friends, same age, still trying to hold on to the last few hairs on their head and truth be told, they look like Homer Simpson. Not a good look.

There was an episode not that long ago where there was like 4 in a row and I just had to leave In terms of bald men I think men should've been invited to the podcast to give their opinion Midol is good for period pain too I fail to know where the hacks were but i did hear more of a conversation ❤
