I wanna hear more about Katherines teeth saga , I have really bad teeth from out of my control issues and you never really hear people talk about their teeth issues because teeth are like such a taboo thing , because anything less than perfect is unacceptable . I genuinely find a lot of comfort in people’s honesty about their teeth or their journey to getting to a perfect smile. I would’ve never thought Katherine had teeth issues . Thanks for sharing that 💕

I'm really glad to hear the "you don't have to shave" thing for many reasons. I've been told by one of my friends to shave my legs and she is older than me, trying to convince me to do it. Tbh it seems like a lot of work.

The talking about the pelvic area was very knowledgeable and come to know what problems have been faced by females during menstruation, pregnancy, the different menstrual cycles, and many more 😉. Love you all :)
My brother gets so freaked out when we talk about periods (me and mom). Somehow he can give vivid details about disemboweling people in movies but if I talk about pads he has a heart attack 🤣
Omg it’s the same with my brothers me and my older sisters always talk about our cramps and they start going: “hmmm hmmm not listening!” And keep humming and covering their ears lol 😂

In my opinion, it is almost never appropriate to comment on another person's body or hair or outfit. Unless it is your spouse maybe. No need to comment on another person's appearance, it can be an endless cycle.

I envy Lisa and Christina so bad!!! Healing from my emergency c section took forever to heal. I even got an infection in my incision. But I even now almost 2yrs later still get random jabs in my c section scar area.

I remember i played castle miner with Lauren on xbox back in 2013. I must’ve been 13 years old and i remember that my english was very bad back then lol. She talked to me about her youtube channel and the first video i watched was their cover of gangnam style and it was the last time i checked their channel. Love this. This made me learn so much tbh. As a hairy female that is something I'm extremely insecure about. I usually shave it when neccessary. As well as having small breasts too. Can y'all do an episode on ways to increase breast size. The menstrual cycles ughh so annoying. But thanks for all the other dating, pregnancy, acne, relationship advice etc. Never took a sex ed class in school so honestly don't know anything about pregnancy, so thank you for speaking on that topic

To increase breast size, the only options are gaining weight, surgery or push up or padded bras. As a woman with small boobs I used to be insecure about it but there are benefits like no back pain that many big boobed women have.
Yesss I had a fever 104 when I was a baby and it gave my adult teeth white spots. My dentist explained it. Amy is right!

I did know someone back in the late 70's that I went to college with that had just had a baby a few months before and she passwd away from Toxic Shock Syndrome. It is definitely not something to mess with.

I used to get REALLY BAD period pain but then I found that not having Dairy helped hugely with my period pain! LEGIT I had NO pain at all! not even joking! It was so weird to have NO pain...But you can eat it when on your period😁 Hoped this helps🥰
Dairy also causes acne and inflammation. Dairy is really REALLY bad for humans- look up animal agriculture lobbyists. It does not strengthen your bones and it is not good for you in any way.
Dairy is made for baby cows, and most of us are not baby cows. Every time you drink cow milk, you are taking it away from the baby cow it was made for (cows only produce milk after they give birth). The babies are taken away from the mothers and killed and the mothers often mourn losing their babies for weeks.
