Correct! I have Twin boys and our 1st flight to Portugal was when they were just 1 n1/2 years old... Had to pack everything too n double the same stuff! Car Seats n all!! That was a nightmare! We had a night time flight thank heavens for that, they slept most of the flight.....I told my family we weren't go back to visit until they could do stuff on their own and we didn't go back until years later much better for sure!! 😂😂😊😊....
I’m so excited to see Shawn at the Olympics! I’m sure she’ll be involved with the women’s gymnastics in some way. She is my favorite gymnast of all time! So happy that her family will get to experience it with her!
The key to not getting headaches on flights is to HYDRATE! my doc told me that years ago and it was a game changer. He said that it’s a bonus if you have to pee more as a result of increased water intake…it gets you walking and lessens the risk of blood clots. IT’S A WIN WIN. 😊

I use packing cubes and to make things easier, I used different coloured cubes for each person. So they had a designated color assigned, and when packing for myself sometimes different colours for different items. Easy to spot which bag held T’shirts, pants, etc. Can’t wait to see footage of your adventures

We just got back from a three week trip. I have three kids and it’s a all day chore to pack. I love that Andrew is asking “why do you like them” on items.
Seeing alllll of this luggage, I would turn around before I even leave the house. It gives me so much anxiety. Especially because it is not one stop where you can unpack and then chill, but having to howl this baggage around to three countries, each time unpacking repacking etc. Oh boy, it really amuses me to see how much of a comfortable home body i am. you coulnd´t pay me enough 😀
That is where Shawn's packing cubes come in so handy. She probably has a cube for each country. That way she doesn't have to unpack everything and repack. They really make a big difference. My husband and I took his mother who has to have someone with her at all times, helping her walk, get food, pushing her in the wheelchair in the airport, etc. She is 85, and partially paralyzed on her right side from a brain tumor. We also had with us two grandsons ages 2-1/2 and 3. We took them all with us for 3-1/2 weeks to Nicaragua and Costa Rica. We flew from Seattle, WA into Liberia, CR with a stopover in Houston. They were terrible flights both down and back because in Houston you have to retrieve all your checked luggage, including big heavy car seats, and strollers; transport them (along with grandma in the wheelchair), 2 hyper energetic, running toddlers from one terminal, down this mile-long walk thru immigration where they x-ray all the luggage and accoutrement, then haul it further down and drop it on the conveyor belts for the next leg of the journey. And we only had like 45 minutes to get all this done and onto our next flight. I will do whatever I have to to avoid going thru that nightmare ever again. On the way back, our flight was late, we were really sick with some flu-like cold, so we almost missed our flight home. In all the ruckus and confusion we lost 2 brand-new car seats ($600 each). They were never located by the airlines. I truly hope they were given to some needy mom. Despite all the chaos, we still had a wonderful time, and I want so badly to go again and take our 3 new grandkids (what can I say, we're gluttons for punishment). 😅
When our kids are a bit older we plan to do a long summer trip . Y’all are brave with them being so small but we don’t have that kind of help to where it would be doable and enjoyable

Paris is beautiful, I love Italy too, I was already in Sorrento and Amalfi area. Europe is another feeling than US. The reason why I not stayed and never felt good in USA.
Tesco’s 🇬🇧will do a quick delivery first about £4.within an hour or so by motorbike, so there’s a limit on loads… … otherwise, everything is next day.. boots the chemist or Superdrug are everywhere… but the supermarkets do everything you will need to… Tesco’s; Sainsbury’s; Asda; Morrisons; ….. Aldi and Lidl are German supermarkets in Britain🇬🇧 .. maybe France too where the shops are odd, too …Lidl and Aldi and a bit weird for standard , ‘brand’ things but cheap…. Waitrose is posh and more expensive… Marks and Spencer’s do nice food and very nice baby clothes ..but not formula … not that kind of place … buy water in bulk from supermarkets … 8 bottles will soon go … as it’s a rip-off in touristy shops … the price of 8 elsewhere. … we don’t do American water ..found to be impure, plus cancer inducing chemicals , court case … so not on sale in Europe!
So nice for the family to enjoy this together and having a grandparent along to help and babysit. Can't wait to see pics and videos of ur adventures! ❤
