thanks bro, and nope. as far as my knowledge goes i don’t believe the c6’s have autoblip. it’s funny you say that because there’s a different guy in the comments that was judging my downshifts saying they could be better and that i was doing it wrong 😂
@@TheSlowC6 yeah I know they don’t have them stock Ive just seen after market ones people have put on that work off of clutch engagement and I was looking at them for a while for my Vette but damn man yeah your downshifts are crispy keep up the good driving and stay safe

quality will be better once i get a computer guys. sucks right now because i have to upload from my phone so the nice quality turns to shit every time.
Bro, you can try using a silicone or rubber hose section with a strong shop vac or vacuum. That may pick up the part. Another way is a long cable tie with a sticky tire plug section stuck to the end. She Sounds good !
Yo bro, question, I just copped a c6 last month. I drove manual(ford ranger) for about a year for work when I was 19. My c6 is manual and I’m getting use to it again - I’m watching you down shift and you’re doing what I think I’ve been seeing called “rev matching”. Exactly what are you doing? When are you engaging the throttle/clutch to make that happen, just curious.
YOU TAP THE THROTTLE A BIT TO REV THE ENGINE UP SO THAT THE CLUTCH CAN CATCH UP TO THE ENGINE AND STOP THE LURCHING FROM HAPPENING, JUST HOLD UR FOOT ON THE CLUTCH, TAP THE THROTTLE THEN PUT IT IN GEAR, EACH CAR HAS ITS OWN RPM YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN SO THATS THE ONLY PART TO LEARN
Just remember. C6 comes with registration, plates, insurance, excise taxes, maintenance, gas, and possible repairs. Consider all those expenses and have a blast my friend! I’m 19 and looking to get a C6 soon.
i love me a modern chevy v8 with a good set of headers, like a ferrari if it had balls 👌 also holy shit that car is fast, and i thought my 09 camry was like a little go kart 😂
So crazy to stumble across this video. I’ve been in a pickle I guess. Deciding if I want the Camaro SS, or the vette.. after watching this I would say I made my mind.
i’ve had both and honestly i think the c6 is a better platform to build on, stock c6s are already pretty fast considering the weight of them, they are way lighter then the camaros. with a few bolt ons they can get pretty quick.
I love C6's but I really want something fun to drive on the street.. the gearing in this car looks too tall for have a lot of fun on the street, imo. 2x the speed limit before you even get to 3rd is too much for me, can't really row through the gears and have fun without risking going to jail but damnit, they sound perfect and I love the interior for it's age.
honestly i don’t think you can go wrong on either. i definitely prefer the manual it’s a lot more fun, but the autos are still fun too, plus you can’t shift faster than an auto trans most of the time. so they both are good, there is a bit of power loss in the auto vs the manual. not much but a little bit. as far as C6 or C5 i’d say get a C6. the interior isn’t great but it’s so much nicer then the C5. and has a good boost in power. regardless both gens are sick
The Manual would be a lot more fun in my opinion. Easier to really throw down with the power, I have an automatic because I can’t physically drive manual transmission cars anymore because of paralysis. The automatic has dual clutch and I really enjoy driving with the dual clutch. It’s personal preference but I feel these cars are more unlocked with a manual transmission
Nice video, sounds mean. I'm in between a '07 Vette and a '12 Camaro 2SS, both manual, what are your thoughts on that? Both cars are around the same price range. I asked a couple of my friends and I get mixed answers. I can not find a LS3 Vette anywhere unless it's an convertible, and I'm not too fond of those. Worst case scenario, I just go and get me truck and go turbo on my Z. 😂
thanks bro, so i’ve had both, a 2011 ss and a 2014 ss supercharged. i loved the camaros but they are pretty heavy, the corvette is more fun to drive i feel like just because of how light it is, it runs pretty fast stock. vs the camaros you have to do a good bit of bolt ons to feel the power. don’t get me wrong they are still fast just heavy. comfort wise the camaros are so much more roomier. i’m 6’8 and the c6 is a tight fit but i still fit, the camaros i had a shit on of extra room. my choice would be c6. tbh. also LS2 is still a good motor
@@TheSlowC6 Good look on the info. I'm still inbetween the 2 cause it's like I like one more than the other for different reasons. I'm 5'10" so I know I can fit in both cars. I plan on test driving a Camaro SS this weekend. I'm already in a 350z, I can outrun Chargers, Challengers, and stay neck and neck with 392's. I just feel like I'm outgrowing the Z and want something different with more power. I've watched a few videos of the LS2 and did some research on them and it seems that they're not bad motors but it just takes more to do them oppose to a LS3, since it's a more refined engine. But judging from weight, it shouldn't really matter since the Vette chassis is like 3k with a full tank of gas and the Camaro SS is 3700-4k with a full tank of gas. The Vette weighs less than my Z.😂
