    Your first video you were shooting JSB 44's. Did you see a difference in groups size at 50 yards between those 2? Keep up the great videos.

    Have you tried to take those zans up to 930 fps? Just curious. On the side of the box there is some info that says 930 fps. I was hoping they would hold as tight of a group with higher speeds.

      This is my last video on 100 Yards with the ZAN BR100 pellets. I pushed them up to 920s with some success, but the higher speed seems to bring more flyers. I think 890s is where I want to shoot these. My last video is at ruclips.net/video/rok2CSssi2s/видео.html

    Very good groups. Do you use the barrel holder/support original Fx in front and the Trs rail shroud clamp? Tks

      I'm using a barrel band the fits the FX M3. I bought this on ebay from this seller... hotsnot3dprints
      I use AirMarksman rails for Top and Bottom. Thanks for viewing.

      You are correct on this video. But I have since then added AirMarksman top and bottom rails, and the FX M3 barrel band from ebay.

    What barrel liner are you using? Standard superior liner or superior heavy liner?

    Do you have a video how you tune, your gun, sir?

    • @backyardairguns
      @backyardairguns  3 месяца назад

      The video shows the tune and pellets I use to get those results. The key for me is to shoot the 56g Zan pellets around the 880 to 890 fps. Thanks for watching.

    Are you using the pellet or the slug air port? Also pellet or pin probe installed// thanks

    Those were some pretty good groups. The second batch of targets looked to go MOA.
    thought it might be interesting to show "average" groups from my .25 Gauntlet to demonstrate the difference between a sub $300 entry level gun versus a premium rifle costing 7-8 times as much.... No surprises, the M3 out performs the Gauntlet (JSB's 25.39 pellets)... what the premium rifle does that the value rifle doesn't is throw fewer flyers... the Gauntlet is a great entry level rifle... If you're looking into air rifles and $2000 is beyond your comfort zone, there are options that get you to the range and will deliver 85-90% of the performance at 1/7th the cost... this takes nothing away from the M3 or the ammo demonstrated. It's just a mater of economics & is 85-90% enough for you? If your competing, well one flyer can keep you out of the money.... Again, impressive groups and a well crafted video. Thank you for the tuning data.

      Thanks! Other air rifles I shoot are AEA Challenger Pro, Air Venturi, and Gamo. M3 is most expensive but most accurate. AEA has the most power.

    I just received 6 boxes of these pellets direct from ZAN and 90% have damaged skirts. I sent pictures asking what happened and was told there was nothing wrong with them. I I Talked with a young man here in the U.S. that says he works with ZAN on improving the pellet design and was told that these are some of the first one ever made. There is almost no skirt and what they are scratched and gouged. Very disappointing!!

      @backyardairguns  9 месяцев назад

      Hi Peter, I don't understand your comments about 90% of ZAN pellets being damaged. I have bought 30 to 40 boxes of those pellets and have never had an issue with them.
