My 90cc fully auto loncin engine won’t release the clutch for the back wheel to spin freely when engine is off but if I start the bike hold brakes (as back wheel wants to spin ) for a minute or so it seems to release the clutch a lot more but not enough to stop the back wheel from tugging the bike forward if that makes sense …? New oil brakes not binding also think it’s clutch?

Great video - Thank You ! Does anyone know how i could attempt to fix/rebuild the clutch (vs replace) ?
Also, on my 2nd ATV, what could I do preventative care or maintenance to make it last longer ?

Hey Jesus. I really appreciate the video. We have purchased the tool that you use in minute 4:18 of the video, but we cannot get the clutch to stop spinning when we attempt to use it. How did you get the clutch to stand still so you could apply the tool?

Hey... Thanks for the video. I'm having the same issue. Runs and revs, but won't move under load. So, did you have to replace the clutch or were you able to just repair it and put it back in?

Jesus Barajas thanks for the reply. My problem turned out to be a stripped front sprocket. Not the clutch. The shaft just spins and doesn't turn the sprocket. Should be an easy fix. Glad your up and running now too.

Thanks a ton for the video. I'm having a similar issue with a new motor due to lack of info in the supplied manual. Turns out you have to use oil designed for a wet clutch. Go figure right? Anyway, I just ordered the tool online www.amazon.com/dp/B00G5OQRXO/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_ubOSCbH7M25KB
When I purchased, it was only $5.99 so I hope this helps.
