When u do the nut tight remember to do it in Chris cross pattern. So u don't over tight the screw

nut has left hand threads, adjustment?
How didyou get yours to hold still every time i hit the nut with the screwdriver the whole engine turns
On the left side of the motor there is a plug. Unscrew that and it reveals a nut 9/16 socket and ratchet on it and turn the clutch until handle of the ratchet hits the foot peg. This will hold the motor from spinning when you are hitting the clutch nut. Hope this helps.
Tip use the correct tools first off you need an impact screwdriver and secondly you need a special socket to remove internal not without hammering a screwdriver and damaging
How did u get those screws out the cover on the clutch there in there so tight i almost stripped them
Apply loosening pressure with screwdriver in the screw head and tap with a hammer if you don't have an impact driver
Actually they do make a removal tool to make the job easier.

That small spring that goes inside the front of the clutch shown in the video dosnt seem to do anything .the spring just pushes in and out inside that small metal actuator on front of the clutch so It dosnt seem to do anything.
This video stopped my hemorrhoids.

I can't get that clutch nut off. I've got the tool and tried banging it. No luck. Any tips
try to use a a flat screwdriver just to untight the first 1/4 of it then use the tool
Also what about clutch adjustment
These clutches don't have an adjustment. The Adjustment bolt just covers the gearbox cover hole.
@@NMEZero666 Thanks Miles, but what is the spring and cap that sits underneath do then? I cant find any info. I wouldnt think that would be underneath if they are just trying to close the hole. Thanks for any input man.
@@brianb5779 The spring and cap don't seem to do anything on the auto shift models but make all the pieces hold together and have some give.
There's a good video of a cut away gearbox with shifting parts that shows how the the nut and bolt function to adjust the clutch on a manual version here
