- Justin helps me test the carts for timing and clearances for the new layout. These carts didn't run last year and the tape line needed altering and repairs.
This video is just to capture the moment of full circuit testing after not running for almost two years.

That is EPIC! It appears to be a “simplified” Haunted Mansion style ride with no hard rails/tracks and as so it also appears to be customizable and have multi person capacity. Most impressive. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you! You're exactly right. The red lights you see at the front wheels are sensors that look down They tell the steering motor to turn to keep the reflective bit centered between the sensors. Each cart can easily carry 500lbs. We tested at around 700lbs with no issue.
The path layout is in it's third configuration.
I didn't want to be limited to the same path each year - and I didn't want to have build and store all the track. Nor did I want anyone tripping over track in the dark if we ever have to eveac the riders.

@@amigamer184 The steering motor is a windshield wiper motor 12-volts. Purchased from Amazon
