These extremely personal issues are private, and some people exploit them, without permission, to get views (I am remembering "Nightbirde," a lovely singer on AGT. She had a very sad story, and died shortly after being on the show. Some people made videos about her, and it was patent clickkbait exploitation, view-hunting.
