Thank you Judy. Jeremy is such a wonderful guest. If they can prove that at the very least Wendi knew the hit was going to happen then, doesn’t her police interview, which turns out to have been a complete act set up to cast suspicion elsewhere, count as her being involved in the crime? Knowing alone isn’t a crime but being involved so extensively in the cover up should be worth something one would hope. On the other hand, when all her strange behaviour and coincidences all point in one direction, ie. her involvement, I really don’t see her walking away from this a free person. Arrest her already! 😅
I remember asking one of my best friends that’s now an atty, why he decided to choose L. School rather than med. school after he’d been accepted to both. His response was as an atty. he could go out an get some fresh air when he needed to, so I guess take that for what it’s worth. 🤷
Well... I have relatives who are doctors/dentists. so yes, I have a lot more autonomy and don't have to spend my days trapped in an office or exam room, etc. But most of them make a lot more than I do.
Re Wendi being guilty of conspiracy and murder of encouraging family to off Danny..…Similarly remember the teen who got convicted because she encouraged a teen on text to commit sui. .icide???
Wasn't that in Massachusetts? In this case, I don't think there's evidence of Wendi inciting the others to kill Dan-- or at least there's no one who would say it. I don't know what Florida law is, but based on what Jeremy said, it doesn't sound like there could be such a charge. Luckily, in this case, imho Wendi did some actual acts to take part in Dan's murder.
Oh, I think Donna will open up about how she’s a nice, sweet, little defenseless grandma. I just hope Robert is on standby to really tell how her character is anything but sweet, nice, and defenseless.

Around the 17 minute mark what Jeremy is describing is enmeshment! Just like the Adelsons (minus Rob) do to each other, they do to Rashbaum. I mean really, what kind of human being needs to bother their lawyer on Thanksgiving or call them multiple times on a Sunday, what grandiose entitlement. I’m sorry but Rashbaum basically just sold his soul to them and he has to know that no matter how sweetly they speak to him and how much they pay him, they are evil and they are using him to further their evil means. He’s not just defending them, he’s abetting them.
could you explain the “impeachment” usage about Wendi’s testimony? Also how does her immunity affect what can be used in her questioning. Thank you both!
If Wendi says again, for example, that she never made a comment to Jeff that Charlie had looked into hiring a hitman in 2013, then Jeff's statement about what she allegedly said to him can be brought forth to impeach her. But if she didn't (allegedly) lie about something, that testimony from Jeff would not be allowed because it would be hearsay (out of court statement made by someone other than the declarant as the witness, offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted). That's the way it worked out at Charlie's trial. Prof. Jo Potuto and Dave Aronberg adeptly explained the immunity issue and questioning in the previous 2 livestream shows. Thanks for tuning in!
