How do you disclose your disability to an employer?

When and how to disclose your disability is up to you. There's no right or wrong approach. What is most important is that you feel comfortable with the information you are sharing, and that you can share it confidently.

I didn't have to disclose my hydrocephalus to my now Walmart manager back in 2008 because they already had an employee that had hydrocephalus as well. So they pretty much knew and were comfortable with that aspect of the neurological disability.
