I need a chair like that. I need the ability to slightly change tthe tilt without having a huge tilt in space. Can you tell me the name of this chair and if there are other chairs similar?

I'm now researching the tecnique you're showing in this video, but I have difficulties finding out the, or at least one of the people ho first invented this method. Can you help me with this? I didn't have to disclose my hydrocephalus to my now Walmart manager back in 2008 because they already had an employee that had hydrocephalus as well. So they pretty much knew and were comfortable with that aspect of the neurological disability.
