‘Losers and haters’: Warren Mundine weighs in on Australia Day debate

- Indigenous activist Warren Mundine has slammed people campaigning against celebrations of Australia Day on January 26.
Mr Mundine called those who are pushing to ban Australia Day "losers and haters".
"Australians want to celebrate this great country, they want to do this," he told Sky News host James Macpherson.
"It's only those miserable Labor premiers ... and these haters who hate this country."
Mr Mundine went on to say Australia has got all these amazing people in this country who have come here.
"I'm very proud of all the migrants who have come to Australia and made this country a better country," he said.

I was pleased to see that in spite of the activists, the Australia Day Celebrations from the Sydney Opera house 26/1/24 went ahead and were outstanding, the camera work, the colours, showcasing the Harbour Bridge, Opera house, a team of sailing boats, skydivers and the the fireworks! The Australian and indigenous artists working together, great music...this showed all Australians celebrating this great country!
