  • Sky News host Peta Credlin says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese “refuses to acknowledge” that his Voice to Parliament referendum has been defeated.
“When it comes to the Voice, and its emphatic rejection, it’s becoming clearer and clearer that the Prime Minister just doesn’t get it,” Ms Credlin said.
“A referendum is for keeps, it’s so much more definitive than passing a law, that might be changed; or electing a government, that will eventually be defeated.
“When the Australian people speak at a referendum, that’s final.”
The Voice to Parliament referendum was defeated with 60 per cent of the population voting No.

That event in the 70s involving Gough Whitlam was back in an era where the Governor General wasn't a tier of government. Since that event and Whitlam being reinserted as PM via a vote of the public, Whitlam changed the GG position to a tier of government so that a GG couldn't sack a PM, so there is no point in petitioning the GG to act as the GG does not represent the people.
You can thank Whitlam's treasonous constitituional change without referendum for that.

      UNITED NATIONS AGENDA
In reviewing whats behind it we see that in 2007 the Liberal Prime Minister John Howard refused to sign the The United Nations Declaration On The Rights Of Indigenous Peoples ( UNDRIP )
And the reason he apposed it was on the grounds that it elevated Indigenous Customary Law above the Countries National Law and the repercussions that implies.
There would be treaties involved and the entrenchment of an Indigenous Parliament over and above the existing.
However on 3rd April 2009 the Labor Prime Minister Kevin Rudd signed this document ( UNDRIP ) obliging us to its legal implications
Once again Labor it was also Rudd who signed us to the Kyoto agreement
So what we now have is a Referendum with the illusion of democracy in giving you a vote in the Referendum where its defeated. But they then dismiss your vote and proceed on regardless following the UDRIP agenda
And we were all told anyone saying this had anything to do with United Nations were spreading misinformation
Truthfully everything they are doing is not in the interest of Australia and a number of Indigenous treaties have already been signed meaning millions more on top of the Billions already spent
PETITION THE GOVENOR GENERAL TO SACK THE GOVERNMENT
We really need to petition the Govenor General to sack the Labor Government
As has previously occurred with the Whitlam Labor Government
This happened the 1975 Australian constitutional crisis, also known simply as the Dismissal.
Culminated on 11 November 1975 with the dismissal from office of the Prime Minister, Gough Whitlam of the Australian Labor Party (ALP), by Governor-General Sir John Kerr.
Who then commissioned the leader of the Opposition, Malcolm Fraser of the Liberal Party, as Prime Minister.
It has been described as the greatest political and constitutional crisis in Australian history.

    • @LogicalAspect1
      @LogicalAspect1 10 месяцев назад

@peterlederer3896 I refer you to my previous comment. The Gg is a tier of government, not a representative of the Monarch or Commonwealth, and thus, does NOT answer to the whyms of the Australian people, but the orders of the government.
But by all means, partition the GG, just don't be surprised when it goes nowhere.
As for greatest constitutional crisis, the fact that Gough Whitlam committed high treason against the monarch and treason against the Australian masses by far outweighs the "Dissmissal"
As the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 states..." an Indissoluble" constitution that can only be altered via a referendum required by Law, and there was NO referendum to dismiss the COAC1901, nor was there a referendum to implement the Australia Act Constitution 1986... so there is actually two counts of Treason against the Australian masses.
But hey, what happened 51 years ago is history.... a history that has put Australia and Australians in the position it/they are in today.
There is blatant in your face evidence to show what happened in the 70s and 80s actually happened.

Albanese has lied by downplaying consequencies of a sucessful Voice. He repeatedly claimed it was basically a 'handshake' & Uluru Statement just one page. The Indeginous people I know have believed that. And they are hurt and offended because of the No vote prevailing. In other words Albanese has spun them this yarn. Our ( and my) view of the Voice is that it is much more. At least 18 pages etc. So what we rejected was quite different. Albanese has caused a lot of problems with hislies.

anthony albanese is not the prime minister of australia
you just seen a fraud referendum - where they tried to pass the "voice" and change the constitution of this nation - notice the constitution and the actual fraud referendum
it is constitutional law - that a commonwealth official must recite word for word the oath/affirmation defined within the constitution of this nation without deviation or alteration - this is not opinion - this is actual constitutional law
go check out the wording of the oath/affirmation in the constitution and then watch penny wong and anthony albanese and others declare their oaths/affirmations
it is LAW that no deviation or alteration of the oath/affirmation happens to be seen as a commonwealth official and commonwealth government - there is no opinion on this - its not yeh she will be right - it is law - i am not above the constitution nor are you nor is anthony albanese or penny wong or david hurly - nor any of the people that air on the media
there is currently no prime minister and there is no commonwealth government - not opinion but actual constitution and constitutional law declares this

Albanese sounds like a DICTATOR. Refusing to accept the "NO" result on the Referendum. Refusing to accept the majority decision, is what a Dictator does.
NO the Referendum is done, dead, buried. Albanese said prior to the Referendum that "if it failed, he would Legislate it". If he does go ahead with "his Treaty", then he needs too be out the door. The Treaty is off the table. Albanese needs to be dismissed by the Parliament.
Albanese has done his own thing ever since his Party won the Election. He didn't follow protocol about being Sworn into Office. No he had to be Sworn in ASAP as he had to go overseas as PM.
I still want too know, why Albanese had too be in Ukraine meeting Zelenski, 44 days after being Elected or I should say Labor was Elected. Promising goodness knows what, from Australia. Did he ever have the blessing of the Parliament to offer Australian money towards Aid and Military equipment too Ukraine? NO HE DIDN'T. The Opening of 47th Parliament didn't meet until July 26st 2022. That was 22 days after, meeting Zelenski in Ukraine. So how did he end up in Ukraine pledging Australian money and Military equipment?

Enough of compensation! They have $40 billion a year and have reclaimed who knows how much land from Australians! "Coming to together after a struggle". Any struggle was over 200 years ago and all concerned are now dust! Albo and Labor are deaf to the majority of Australians and need to go!

Not just millions of square kilometres of land grabs they now are claiming native title on huge areas of ocean including reefs 50 odd kms off the coast. This is ridiculously extreme for 3% of the population to control so much of the nation. Definitely a WEF or UN plan being carried out by Albo. He's got to resign ASAP for Australia's sake.

What is disgusting about Labor, is because Australians knocked back the activists agenda. Labor will now sit on their hands and do nothing, as opposed to having a bipartisan approach, to actually have practical outcomes

Imagine Bob Hawke's reaction after the votes had been tallied. RJH understood, as did John Howard, the 'mainstream Australian', both men also were not ideological purists, they were pragmatists who deeply loved their country.
Albanese has only ever been seen in ALP/factional circles as a third drop, never an opener, yet the hatred for Morrison gifted him being PM. A PM who is now stripped politically naked - and as a person who is flawed beyond redemption. He's beautifully wedged between the ideological inner city fanatics that sold him this debacle - and his own Labor Party voters - just look at the Federal seats that rejected this vote. Throw in the Greens - and he'll need FAR more than a 30% Primary vote next election.

All governments on ALL LEVELS on the Australian mainland are run by Labor with a solid dose of Greens policies thrown in. Most Australians are NIMBY property rich champagne socialists who support Labour and the Greens. Labor does NOT lack electoral support at all.
