In this tutorial I will show you how to create the Ken Burns in effect in PowerPoint step by step. You can create Ken Burns effect in PowerPoint using motion path and grow/shrink animations. Another option would be to use Morph transition, but in this tutorial we will be using motion path and grow/shrink animations, because not everyone has the newest PowerPoint version with the Morph transition.

Good tutorial thanks! I like to create my Ken Burns effect variations in Slide Master as Layouts so I don't have to create them manually every time I want to use one. Works well when images are of standard dimensions of course.

Hello - I'm new, just found your channel yesterday and subscribed. Question: in your "PowerPoint Slide Design from Beginner to EXPERT in One Video 🔥100K Special", slides 3,4,5 and 6 all used a picture behind some sort of window effect. Can you animate on the Slide Master, it would be really interesting to see both effects combined where you see the picture move through the window!

Thanks for watching Noura 😁👍 I was using image transparency to see the borders of the slide, if there is no image tranparency option another way to see the borders of the slide would be to insert a rectangle that covers the whole slide, remove the fill, leave only the outline and put it on top of the photo. Now you can move the photo around and rectangle with outline will show where the edges of slide are.

@@oneskill_ppt I remember watching your waterfall+rocks animation video and you made it transparent the same way you did here. Ive got the latest version of widows and Powerpoint so im quite confused.
Doge hey, one way you could go is to copy the picture, then create a shape in form of a box, same size as the pic, then fill the shape with the clipboard ( the picture you copied before) and then you can make the new filled shape transparent ... easy peasy lemon squeezy 😜.
