I'm sorry, but 90% of the sounds in this demo you have to buy separately and don't come with FM8 (I wanted to send someone a demo of what FM8 is, and this is not it).

True. Thanks to the plugin having an analog style Filter and a "Quality" setting that introduces drift to oscillator pitch. Aside from that, FM can sound really full and subtle if the modulations aren't cranked up all the way. I think FM is quite underestiimated because of its complexity.
@@morten1 Frequency Modulation, where one oscillator controls the pitch of another. That's what the Yamaha DX7 brought to the table in the 80s, and FM8 is a modern variant of that.
@@pacificbase To be fair, the watcher was giving their honest feedback. Feedback is good for improving your channel's content. Personally, I agree that the silent gaps between sounds was a bit annoying, but not too bad - I just clicked ahead each time to skip the breaks. A "better demo" he could make is to copy yours and just cut the silent parts out. That way you could criticize your own demo, except it would actually be EVEN BETTER than it already is. 🙃😁 Great demo, by the way. You chose great sounds. Quite awesome, actually.

And a Stradivarius violin from 1824
Etc. ;)
You may have different listening habits, but I find the sounds timeless in a good sense. Obviously also a question of music style.
