I'm so tired of the lies and excuses from people who don't have Omnisphere. Work with what you have access to, there are some great synths and sounds out there no doubt but NOTHING on the market, hardware or software tops this beastly Masterpiece of a synth.

I'd assumed I had to go to a dedicated VST for film scoring strings stuff, but I now see there are some damn nice ones in my beloved Omnisphere.

I will try. Problem is...very little views, plus only 1 subscriber for 350 or 400 views. Majority don't watch more than 20 sec , 1 minute of the video. Bad idea to do this channel. Usually is 1 to 3 subscribers for 100 views, for other channels. So either my vids are bad or 99% of the viewers don't care. Rectify; sometimes 2 subscribers for 1400 views, sometimes 3.
@@pacificbase I don't think any of that is the case at all. I have looked at a lot of these vids and yours probably has the most positive feedback when it comes to vids of this type. The subscriber issue almost certainly ties to something else. Your rates of subs are not bad. Maybe try doing like others and request subs at the start and close of vids? I'll make a playlist for your vids... maybe that can help a small amount. I would say just stick with it and don't be too concerned. Don't let any of that get you down. Keep with the great vids!
I want to buy this but no demo, no rent to buy and it's a seamstresse's fortune but I'm a crazy magpie with software. I bought pigments 3 on sale, sylenth1 on monthly and nexus 3 during a mixed up mindset but just can't afford this atm ... le sigh

These sounds you can't delete. Any of them can be used in a song, if it fits perfectly. Too many styles of music. If you only love one style, good for you.

@@pacificbase Honestly speaking, any flagship synth with a quarter of the price of Omni will do. We buy Omnisphere out of FOMO(Fear Of Missing Out). But hopefully, as one's music palate changes and evolves they can find other sounds useful.
I would not buy it again. If i had a lot of money is good bdcause you can find some rare sounds, but others are cheaper and have sounds for everything, like Spire. Has 99 % of everything you hear in songs. You csn buy a bank of sound/patches made for the style ypu want, listen first...20$ ....now you czn make an album with those sounds. Omnisphere sometimes doesn't have the sounds you want - thousands of unused sounds that are there just for the number- i csnnot delete them. It takes too much to find the sound, it loads slow unless you have a fast computer. Each preset, 2 seconds loading on my intrl i7 16 gb ram. See other vst on my channel
No, i played whatever showed the preset better, in that moment... But im sure something similar already exists. All harmonies , all possibilities are already written by others. Why try to make new chords progressions , cause its impossible. Thats why , if you buy a midi pack, you could play melodies that you invent on already made chord progressions. Its still producing. :)

"World in my Eyes" bass is far from the original phatness and richness. Some sounds are nice, but overall a little lifeless, and with too much bass boom, which at first hearing is impressive, but soon becomes boring.
16 part, 58FX, audio import, hardware integration, 14,000 sounds, 500 DSP Waveforms for the Synth Oscillator, Granular Synthesis, 20 oscillators per patch... the list is endless. It's cheap compared to the competition... of which there's none.
Thank you for your efforts, but you shouldn't call it the best 50 Omnisphere factory presets! It's always a matter of taste! (For instance: Not a single patch of the ones shown here belongs to my favourites!) Apart from that: One of most advanced features of Omnisphere is of course the Integration of natural samples! That's why the library is that big, (50+ GB!) This video seems to ignore that completely!
" My personal choice of best sounds" - Nobody will care or listen to that video. Everyone knows that best 50 is what one person thinks, it's their taste. But actually some sounds are better than others and this is a video that shows very good sounds.

Spire is best in my mind, Serum, synthmaster uhe hive test thrm first.

Buy Spectrasonics Omnisphere and all sounds are in it. They come with omnisphere. I bought mine paying monthly, in 12 months - easier.

"World in my Eyes" bass is far from the original phatness and richness. Some sounds are nice, but overall a little lifeless, and with too much bass boom, which at first hearing is impressive, but soon becomes boring.

16 part, 58FX, audio import, hardware integration, 14,000 sounds, 500 DSP Waveforms for the Synth Oscillator, Granular Synthesis, 20 oscillators per patch... the list is endless. It's cheap compared to the competition... of which there's none.

Thank you for your efforts, but you shouldn't call it the best 50 Omnisphere factory presets! It's always a matter of taste! (For instance: Not a single patch of the ones shown here belongs to my favourites!)
Apart from that: One of most advanced features of Omnisphere is of course the Integration of natural samples! That's why the library is that big, (50+ GB!) This video seems to ignore that completely!
