Labyrinth of Zangetsu's soundtrack wasn't available anywhere. So I idled in most areas and uploaded the music myself. A bunch of special one-time songs are still missing because I didn't realize there was no music anywhere to be found early on.
Anyway, playlist can be found here:

Awesome, thank you
This art-style is ridiculously beautiful. I love how at 14:32 the monster's silhouette blends in with the background to make it seem like it's just leaves blowing in the wind...
...until the reveal.
Also wow, the butterfly dream is deliciously evil.
Labyrinth of Zangetsu reminds me of The Dark Spire in how both have very unique artstyles and their mechanics are throwbacks to classic DRPGs
I freaking like your D RPG content 👍
Loving all the Discworld references here!
I was expecting to burn through more characters, thinking there'd be permadeath early on. So I wanted to go with a series that would let me pull as many names as it would take. So naturally, I ended up with Discworld.
Oh? Undernauts Labyrinth of Yomi *when*
I love looks at hidden gems like this.
Great review! Thanks for the callbacks to the wizardry series as well.
This looks like a really good game, at least quite unique!
Personally, I wouldn't min-max my starting characters and re-roll until I get the maximum bonus stat points. Basically, this is a difficulty setting. Giving yourself +15 on all characters is basically easy mode, or at least normal mode, when there's higher difficulties. This is also similar to Dark Souls, where you can determine your own difficulty outside of settings by leveling, going mage instead of melee, etc.
So in that light, I think it would be interesting to look at the difficulty of the game more deeply, e.g. by rolling lower stats or choosing the sub-optimal starting characters the game gives you. Of course, it may be that this effect disappears in the course of the game and stops being relevant for difficulty at some point.
But those are just deep details, really enjoyed your findings. A trap that (spoiler I guess which is in the video) makes you reload your last save file is ingenious, I love it :D somewhat From Software-esque this game, which is a compliment in my eyes.
Thanks for the video! Despite this game being right up my alley, I haven't heard of it until now. I'll definitely be picking this one up!!
Been on the fence about this one for a while. Definitely gonna grab it now.
Reading about Wizardry 4 horror stories was something else.
Reading letsplays (from lparchive and other places) was crazy. No chance I would ever try that and I'm no stranger to difficulty games and mods.
Bruh, I freaking love First Person Dungeon Crawlers. This is right up my alley. BTW I like the Discworld references in you party.
Great review, love your point of view regarding the difficulty and setbacks.
Such a cool game, love classic style crawlers!!!
I really like the look of this game it looks like a painting 😮
Do you plan on doing EO Nexus ?
Another banger vid
Nice to see you posting. I was really interested in this game, but the price is kind of insane at the moment. I'll wait for a massive discount on this one. Bought way too many games this year already anyway.
Man this game looks cool i wish they used a more unique style for the playable characters it would be a better fit
Looks cool but I have so many other dungeons on my list to crawl through.
the game looks really cool and the monochrome artstyle is really unique but I feel like it's a bit too dreary for me. I like a bit of colour in my dungeon crawls
Want a steam key for Undernauts?
Does it auto save in ps4/5
