Please, next time before dismantling the final drive ass'y, open the oil level plug, so, when will reassembly , is a little bit more easy

Charge so that it hurts. The field of work that you're working in justifies it. That's the way it is. You have to be compensated for the talents that you took the time to develop. Just like a doctor. Don't work for free, don't ask to be compensated. Simply demand what the repairs will cost.

This is a job that really shouldn't need to be done. This should be a lifetime part, something like a Caterpillar or Kubota wouldn't need a job like this done for 50 years. Maybe if they'd learn about grease these parts would last longer....

I think that is a planetary type, no need for grease because gear oil will lubricate the bearings

We wear steel toe boots for these jobs I pity them and I pray that the 150 lbs axle and bearings won't fall on their toes
It all most looks like a old Dragster clutch ass.
The first 350cc Honda I rebuilt froze from DIRT on the pump screen from a dirty working area. Next soap and water then a clean cloth to put the engine on last prime the oil pump.

I wish I could afford to send a truck load of tarps to put on the dirt floor and tables, so they can work without risking their back. some safety shoes would not hurt either.

А я все видео думал, зачем они разбирают, а когда крестовины увидел, то думал, что их менять будут 😄 но нет, тут хрен пойми что они поменяли кроме дисков и сальников

They all kinda of CRUDE way of doing critical repairs. The tools used not the correct type of tools to be used, you don't have to go to school to know the type of tools required to do the job, just from experience and working every day doing the same thing over and over.

Don’t think they are going to listen to you buddy.
We've seen worse. They didn't do as much hammering as often seen. Not tops in cleanliness but headed in the right direction. Just double up on the cleaning time, wash off all the mud beforehand, use more brushes and kerosene, use softer hammers, maybe save up for a torque wrench or make one with a lever and spring scale, and you'll be doing fine.
