    This is the only squat challenge l want to do from now on, quick, effective, classy...and finally one that is fun, only Desiree can give us this! l couldn't ask for anything better. To match with any of her 10 mins mat work outs for when l have little time and yet l want to feel the burn. Great outfit BTW.

    Routine choreographed by a dancer for dancers. Goal to lengthen and strength muscles and increase balance and range of motion - I like!

    Thank you so much.. I use this to strengthen my upper hamstring after recovering from proximal hamstring injury.. I have completed my physiotherapy sessions for 2 months and the physiotherapist stated it has recovered but I need to train it for stregthening and flexibility to release the range of motion.. your video is very helpful to strengthen it ❤❤❤

    Great video as always! The pattern on that outfit is fantastic too! I wish i lived in the NYC area though, i would LOVE to work the camera for a video for you. But i live in Phoenix. I do cinematography and photography, and it looks like you film mostly from a tripod, so i would love to hold the camera. I could get closer for specific videos on footwork, shoulders, arms, different angles to show each muscle group etc. It would be so amazing to film for you :)

    Now this one I can do completely!! What a thrill to be able to follow along! (OK, to be completely honest, there's no way I can manipulate my cell phone while it's on the floor like you did right at the start!) Keep 'em coming Desiree!! XO PS: Love that finish walk off and smile!

    Can you please make a ballet workout or some effective workout that can target back fat?

    • @DansiqueFitness
      @DansiqueFitness  5 лет назад

      dariosergevna Yes, I have a whole Posterior Chain playlist that would be perfect for sculpting and strengthening the back!!! ruclips.net/p/PL0YU1wINOkafEubqVgdFweQRsOkouKJ6f

    • @dariosergevna

      Do you think I need a lot of cardio to get rid of fat on the back? And how often should I do such exercises that you recommend?

    • @DansiqueFitness
      @DansiqueFitness  5 лет назад

      dariosergevna The most important thing to know is...you can’t out exercise a bad diet! Diet plays a HUGE roll in weight/fat loss. Stick to a very clean meal plan (fruits, veggies, lean protein, healthy fats like salmon and avocado). As far as cardio goes...yes, it’s important to get that heart rate up to burn calories. Strength training (whether it’s by using actual weights or your own body weight, which is what my workouts are all about) is also important. The more muscle you have the more calories you’ll burn. Muscle burns calories/fat. Everyday (excluding 1 rest & recovery day), eat well, do some form of cardio (bike ride, run, hiit workout), and some form of strength training! 👍🏼 Hope this helps. Keep me posted on your progress! 💗
