22:40 About the well you said: "I have to rotate of course." I do not understand why this should be the better way. So people have to carry the water a longer way. Why is this better?
Well that all depends on what better means. This is all about the looks, and for me, it looks better if the well faces that way I put it down. If better means more efficient, then of course it should face the other way. But as I also mention in the video: This whole series will be about the looks, not efficiency.
Well in the beginning its good for the smithy to remember what hard work is like. Shouldn't make it to easy for him by giving him laborers from the start;-)
@@dasinzi1332 Well I just finished my stream on twitch, where I actually build a farm with the 8 fields around it! So for the first time I build a farm in the middle haha!
Well not specially. Some do, mostly if they are hired as laborers for a few months a year and then end up to be unemployed for a few months too. Other then that, I don't see a lot of issues with it. I guess you do?
@PatmosIV yes I had a family thing was bringing in 2.40 and yet they had no money. I had market costs on 10% so I couldn't understand what was going on. Then I noticed all the non garden houses were losing money quickly. No idea why so I got rid of them all and they don't struggle anymore
Oh well. All I can think of then, is people don't have jobs. They need a job to get paid. No job means no pay means no money haha. Otherwise I'm clueless right now as to what it could be.
Recently started playing Ostriv again. My last was Alpha V2. Excited to watch this play through.
Cool! I hope you enjoy the series! Have fun building a nice town!
I enjoy watching you play this game, awesome start
Thank you very much!
I decided to see how it all started 😅 and it's very interesting 😮 thanks for the video👏
Glad to hear you enjoy it! You play Ostriv too? Have you build nice towns?

I forgot one thing. Your smith takes the iron. Can also be done by laborers.
True, But there aren't many laborers around in the beginning!
@@PatmosIV Only after you filled up your farm with workers - before it's okay.

@@PatmosIV 😂
when a tree is newly planted in the first stage, it can be removed easily with the new tool for marking trees to be felled.
Yeah thats true! Really helpful when misplanting. But letting it grow and get the wood out of it could also be something!
@@PatmosIV Yes, but I was referring to when/if you planted something wrong and want to change it.
That is very true!
There is a small copy button for buildings, to the left of the House icon of the bottom row!
Thank you!
Town planning Patmos style.
Haha, guess people can recognize that when they see it😉
That is true. For example, Patmos always has its farms on the side of the fields, not in the middle as usual.

@@PatmosIV A new Patmos style!? 😂
@@dasinzi1332 As usual? I try to get a semi-circle fan of fields, usually 6.
Do you find the houses without gardens struggle with their finances? I gave up building them because I'm constantly giving them financial help

@@bobbafet23 Did you lower the rent they have to pay for their housing too? Otherwise they won't make enough to pay the rent.
@PatmosIV yes. I lowered everything to what you do and then as time goes on I raise to try and earn more money.
