I bought it for my 2nd keyboard in my setup (just for fun) and the lavender purple switches from akko. Lavenders have too wide pins which got me really upset, but after modding It's still great. For $17 with mods this keyboard is no brainer. Great vid bud!
it is hot swappable (with double the force required compared to usual) but the switches dont come apart anyway... so unless youre swapping switches there is no point
@@Storyhouse223 some models of the same name are hotswappable but i wouldnt gamble and hope I get a hotswappable one, I'd recommend just save a bit more for an actual hotswappable keyboard

I was applying so much pressure trying to take the switches out so I decided to just open it up and check the back of the pcb. Mine looks just like yours, I thought it was soldered as well because of the solder points. I got so frustrated just now that I gave it another shot and I finally got the switches out! I had to find weird angles to grip the board in order to take them out lol
