I’ve never removed switches, but it felt like it took quite a bit of force to get that key out, even with the tool. May be why it’s snapping the pins. I could be way wrong though

The switches take abit of force but that's because the switches themselves are a tight fit, other switches are much easier to pull outb

    Hey i thought id share
Ajazz, redragon are open partners and make their keyboards in th3 same factory
Same thing goes for ajazz switches (their fruit line + zorro line) and outemu as they are made in the same factory
The PCB and software all work with eachother and its incredibly hilarious how you can use a 4 year old redragon software on a ajazz board made in this year
They used to have HORRIBLE qc issues, ive had 3 ajazz keyboards and 1 redragon and they all broke down eventually but these recent keyboards are really good.

Yeah those are Outemu hotswap sockets. and unfortunately you are limited to some switches (MMD Holy Pandas as an example oddly enough) and well, the Outemu 3-pin switches available out there.
They're too narrow for most of the MX-style switches in the market

you could try to build a keyboard using the CIY Novice 68/84/100, it's a tri-mode there are tons of builds using it. There's a cheaper alternative which would be CIY tester but it's only Bluetooth and 2.4g and it can't use wired mode.
