Welcome to The Catch: Carp & Coarse! You’re set, waiting…. The line tightens, your alarm screams, the fish is on and the battle commences! Take on the hunt of a lifetime as you target and pursue monster-sized fish around the world. With 35 species to hunt, you’ll have to work up your strategy, skill, and tactics to catch every boss fish in each venue. It’ll take both patience and adrenaline to succeed as you choose your angling spot carefully based on time of day, weather conditions and perfect equipment setup, before casting out into the water to battle and catch these elusive creatures.

Ultimate fishing sim is really good for imitating realistic fishing and angling techniques. It’s cool to see games like this for days where I can’t hit the water.
Jeremy Wade caught a 5-foot muskellunge with a 5 lb rod and line; so, it actually is possible to catch a large fish with a smaller, weaker rod and line, but you would have to have some really good level fishing skills to do something like this.
Well... yes... but it's also a matter of finding the right setting in your reel at which after it reaches a specified force it starts to release the line (so it doesn't break), but you need mad skills too...

The conditions have to be absolutely perfect 5lb braid,mono,and fluorocarbon doesn’t matter what kind if line any line at 5lb test has little abrasion resistance so it’s easy for it to rub against something and break such as teeth going with light tackle required a extreme amount of skill and knowledge the fact that he could pull off landing a musky with 5lb line is amazing

As a fellow person who enjoys fishing and seeing your comments about you enjoying fishing, K want to ask if have you ever considered about uploading a video of you fishing. While it is certainly not the norm for your other videos, I feel that a lot of people, myself included would like to see how you fish. Of course it is of your own choosing so no need to force yourself.

Irl I've never caught a northern pike in the shallow weedy areas, but I've also never caught one near spawning season so...still this game does look fun will have to look into it as it seems more on point than Fishing planet's system when I last played that. You try using 20lb test line for anything over 20lbs and it would break in that game the last time I played dunno if they ever fished that. Then there was whole grass carp fish that'd swim under the dirt below your character or randomly when you pull it out fly 50 yards behind your character...it was a mess.

I’d like this game I fish a lot in real life and even have a successful fishing team we host one of the biggest alligator gar fishing tournaments in the US and we do shark fishing guides and alligator gar guides and we do it all from the shore.

You could say that there are two kind of pikes! Shallow water and open water pike. Open water pikes are rarer biger and stronger as they hunt more proactivly. Oh an btw i duno how it is where you live but spoond do not catch pike here but they do catch trout very well. We catch pike on these fake fish (duno how its called in english). Ruber is normaly used for bass and zander.

They are kept in those lakes as trophy fish.
That's why I like Ultimate Fishing Simulator better. It has location accurate fish. Super fun game, I wish Drae would do a playthrough of it like he did The Hunter: Call of the Wild.

A baby, a 1 pounder, and 2.5 pounder. 22:34 it's great to hear you fish in real life. Any advice for bass, pike, and other fish in general? So far my club and I are having bad luck and with the virus, we couldn't go out to fish this summer
