I'm not a Muslim. Im a Catholic, but i can attest to the truth of this message. We prayed for a child, but it took 7 years and medical intervention. I wound up on bed rest, had a stroke during labor (100% recovery) and had a daughter who is all we could ever wanted. She also has celiac disease and Ehelers-Danlos. Sometimes, the path isnt straightforward. What go through makes us appreciate the reward even more. I believe our struggle to have our daughter made us better parents because she came with a cost and a struggle.
My wife and I will be celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary in November. We've been struggling with infertility since 2016. I tried surgery to help with the infertility but so far, no luck. It has been such a struggle and definitely has taken a toll on our health and our marriage. All we ever wished & prayed for was to have a healthy, happy baby and to live long enough to enjoy grandchildren. I don't wish infertility upon anyone.

Dear carol. Ur husband should understand that its not written anywhere in islam that u came into his life to please his mum. Or his mum has any right to decide u can live with him or not. Or islam teaches him to obey his mother to such an extent. Above all 19yr is a long time to be emotionally attach to someone. If his mother doesnt talk to him,he may keep trying to convince her with love but should treat u well too. Insecurity in a couple should fade away after living few yrs tog. sometimes things go beyond the hopes and imagination, two person in one big house will be like two different states both are moving in opposite direction by every day passed. Ya Allah you guide us I Allah gave me a child with lots of difficulties after 3 years I always prayed for a healthy child but when he was born by c section which I didn’t want to happen and he was born very ill he had blood issues that he was anemic we didn’t know at the beginning but when we got the diagnosis it was a really very rare condition for a newborn that suffers a lot doctors never saw this case they said I was the first one I cried a lot and a lot I was complaining to Allah that why did he give me an ill child what will do till rest of my life here he was 2 months and still in hospital I was crying I remember that difficult day when I said to Allah ya Allah you know better I don’t anything I don’t know why did it happen but you know what to do and do whatever is best for me in this point my son was getting more ill and I couldn’t bear it anymore my son diet after 2 hours it was the hardest moments of my life but I knew one thing that Allah did it for my best he took him away it was the beggist tests of Allah
I have listened to your lecture multiple times but it hasn't helped me.it hasn't given me any solace.why are there so many tests in my life.I was married and divorced twice before this marriage.I thought my tests were over.seven years of this marriage but again no children.isn't this too much for one person.

In our times, some impious Muslim men distort the rules and ethics of polygyny in a way that is callous, insensitive, and abusive towards the physical and emotional needs of their wives, as well as their own children and extended families. A man might get bored with his older wife, so he unilaterally decides to marry a second younger wife against his first wife’s wishes. A man might also contract a secret second marriage in another country without his first wife and children even knowing about it. These are heinous violations of Islamic teachings. Polygyny (a man marrying up to four wives) is allowed in Islam because there are some circumstances in human history when it is necessary, so it is permissible with conditions as Islam is suitable for all times and places. It is not an unearned male privilege. The key concern related to polygyny, and marriage in general, is that it must be practiced justly and fairly. It should not harm any of the wives involved, neither physically nor emotionally. Some Muslim brothers need knowledge on polygamy rights. Allah has a better plan for you. Alhamdulillah

rina 448 get a divorce you have a right in Islam. If you are not happy being married to him for a certain reason e.g he doesn't want children. You are allowed a divorce for that reason so speak to your family, if not your family a friend to find an imam that you can talk to and he can arrange a divorce with everyone involved. Me and my husband have full faith on Allah SWT, on His timing, on His decree and Alhamdulillah for that. We have made peace with our lives whatever Allah SWT have decreed for us but the people around us specially family who are supposed to support try to ruin our peace then it becomes difficult to bear. Dear carol. Ur husband should understand that its not written anywhere in islam that u came into his life to please his mum. Or his mum has any right to decide u can live with him or not. Or islam teaches him to obey his mother to such an extent. Above all 19yr is a long time to be emotionally attach to someone. If his mother doesnt talk to him,he may keep trying to convince her with love but should treat u well too. Insecurity in a couple should fade away after living few yrs tog. sometimes things go beyond the hopes and imagination, two person in one big house will be like two different states both are moving in opposite direction by every day passed. Ya Allah you guide us I Allah gave me a child with lots of difficulties after 3 years I always prayed for a healthy child but when he was born by c section which I didn’t want to happen and he was born very ill he had blood issues that he was anemic we didn’t know at the beginning but when we got the diagnosis it was a really very rare condition for a newborn that suffers a lot doctors never saw this case they said I was the first one I cried a lot and a lot I was complaining to Allah that why did he give me an ill child what will do till rest of my life here he was 2 months and still in hospital I was crying I remember that difficult day when I said to Allah ya Allah you know better I don’t anything I don’t know why did it happen but you know what to do and do whatever is best for me in this point my son was getting more ill and I couldn’t bear it anymore my son diet after 2 hours it was the hardest moments of my life but I knew one thing that Allah did it for my best he took him away it was the beggist tests of Allah

I have listened to your lecture multiple times but it hasn't helped me.it hasn't given me any solace.why are there so many tests in my life.I was married and divorced twice before this marriage.I thought my tests were over.seven years of this marriage but again no children.isn't this too much for one person.
this is life .....pain is not worthless....it will make u stronger....and remember its a temporary thing.....now just work hard first what is ur main prob...is it tht u dont have eggs at all or tht have less eggs maybe try IVF treatment.....U could adopt i know the society will judge u especially south asian....but its much more rewarding....i ...u can adopt a baby girl....or breastfeed a baby boy (it will become mahram research on tht )....its ur life....or why have kids enjoy life.....do something more in life if u love kids why not work in an orphanage or manage an orphanage which is much more rewarding......... hope u find peace....

In our times, some impious Muslim men distort the rules and ethics of polygyny in a way that is callous, insensitive, and abusive towards the physical and emotional needs of their wives, as well as their own children and extended families. A man might get bored with his older wife, so he unilaterally decides to marry a second younger wife against his first wife’s wishes. A man might also contract a secret second marriage in another country without his first wife and children even knowing about it. These are heinous violations of Islamic teachings. Polygyny (a man marrying up to four wives) is allowed in Islam because there are some circumstances in human history when it is necessary, so it is permissible with conditions as Islam is suitable for all times and places. It is not an unearned male privilege. The key concern related to polygyny, and marriage in general, is that it must be practiced justly and fairly. It should not harm any of the wives involved, neither physically nor emotionally. Some Muslim brothers need knowledge on polygamy rights. Allah has a better plan for you. Alhamdulillah

rina 448 get a divorce you have a right in Islam. If you are not happy being married to him for a certain reason e.g he doesn't want children. You are allowed a divorce for that reason so speak to your family, if not your family a friend to find an imam that you can talk to and he can arrange a divorce with everyone involved. It will be complicated and hard of course but it's your right and you deserve someone who supports you.
