This is God TV and she says that her and her husband said "We're Sorry" to this upset guy. Are they really sorry? Sounds like they are not - they are just typing it in an email.

They just typed it in an email because the other guy didn't reveal who he was. If they went to his place of business having not been told what it was, the man would've been offended that they skiptraced him. I know. I used to have to skiptrace people for work and they HATE when you find them. The man wanted to disparage them anonymously. That was wrong on his part. What I think they did wrong was to keep it going for a month. They apologized even though they didn't even know what they'd done for sure. (They suspected not using the man's business but they didn't know initially.) They apologized a second time. After that you tell the person "I truly am very sorry but I don't think continuing the conversation is helping either party." This man is like my brother. You offend him unawares and he calls you out and you truly apologize and vow to do better but he just stomps on your apology and holds a grudge. At that point you can't change their mind so you have to drop it and let God work. They should've done that. The man they were dealing with wanted to be offended.
Also that weird stuff she talked about that they did in the car? Yeah, I don't see any biblical basis for that. So I'm taking her story with a grain of salt. I do think initially they did feel bad that they hurt his feelings. It went down a bad road, though.

Then the superintendent says to my mum hope I did not upset us yes you did but we forgive .Bullying all my life .We've had no way of getting back to them just took it and forgave.
