@MarcelBak-f3p the examiner never mentioned the light, but he failed a few minutes later 12:17 because he never used forward planning and nearly hit the road cones. Good luck with your driving test.
The serious fault looks very unfortunate We all new drivers wud have done the same.. very few choices he had.. Can you please explain how to deal with it...

There was two signs that warned him that one lane would be closed and he didnt react it to unfortunately but head up and book another test
@allenmusa1805 yes you are correct he would have passed his test if he responded to those signs. Safe driving for life.
