Gr8 turorial bro. Thanks a lot. Bought my arcade and robot a year ago but never had the time to really learn the arcade to use it properly. Now this video helped me a lot to make the first steps.
John Danker after you first select sound to play, press whichever one you want. If you don't want a certain beat or sound somewhere, then tap which one you don't want, but remember you have to select the sound you want to edit
This uses a click track for sync. Most hardware sequencers and drum machines can generate a click track, so that would be my first thought as to how to achieve sync. Like for 4/4 just set a clicky sound of some sort on the downbeats on a dedicated out (say, on the Arturia drumbrute impact) and run that to the PO20's input.
Piece of cake to sync it with any other device that outputs a sync pulse (5v pulse). You can also sync it directly to a daw like Ableton using CVtools in max4live.

Greatest demo I've seen yet. best in class, thanks!
Really well made and informative! Thanks for making these videos.

Glad you enjoyed it Aitor. -Glynn
Excellent video, thank you, much appreciated : )
Super clear, thank you!
Ty for this video mighty helpful
+1 for hand dancing
Mine is making a tapping sound on every slot even when I've cleared it lots of times. Do I have a metronome turned on or something?
Yup it’s metronome plus chord
What if you really don't want to delete any of those patterns?! Lol I like playing with all of them but I want to write stuff!
I have the same watch as ypu lol
I've just bought one and it4 wont get off the alarm settings, or play any sounds!
so wow, there is no way to use the 16 pads as different notes? Just manual tuning? I am liking these less and less every vid I see..
If you did some research you would know that they are all different. There are others where notes can be played on the buttons.
You helped me a great deal.
Thank you!^^
love my PO-20... nice video!
xTHETRINCHOx ile second that lol
You guys always do great tutorials, love your PO demos. Thanks!
Since you've played with all of them which do you think is the best? Or at least the first one someone should get for an all around sound
13StJimmy Every review I’ve seen has recommended the PO-20 as a starting point because of the chord feature - it allows for more complexity.
The KO is also cool for its customizability. It’s effectively a pocket-sized sampler.
sucks they are so expensive, it's more than 100 dollars for me 😧
i heard pacman helped make these products.
pmsl lol
holy moly i buy it as soon as i can im in love with that cute lil thang xD
11:45 Golden Axe! (only 3 notes)
just received mine today! (:
how do you clear one step from a pattern?

I Think this video best introduces the function of PO-20
Thanks So Much!
Is there any way to midi clock sync this little beast with other hardware than tennage ingeneer products ?
