Are you planning to cover or do some styles from the "Box of Wonders"? It came with really odd colors for Christmas, and i have no idea how to use them to make a Christmas look.
@@Sandy-p4mit’s doable but I don’t think anyone is going to look at frosty cheer and immediately think “christmas!”. As far as “the era”, the post is requesting guidance because not everyone is familiar with the style. “Vintage” isn’t specific & gives no direction. This has a 1950’s aesthetic that might not appeal to someone who is into the Victorian vibe. It’s great that it clicked for you but even calling the others gold & green, they are unusual shades for Xmas and I imagine a lot of people didn’t feel they connect to the season. Maniology SHOULD do tutorials & give more examples when presenting something unusual. They curated & released it knowing it was unusual. If they want to keep people buying advent/surprise items, they have to build confidence in customers that these things contain useable items they will like enough to justify blind buying. I like having a box that’s unique. It inspires me but everyone is different. It’s their job to show how to use things if they aren’t obvious.
Miss the lives since the time change loved this episode glad I watched it afterwards so many cool designs. I missed out on the candy cane plate a real bummer but I picked up a similar one at Uber chic. Great Art ❤️

The colors are perfect for the time period. They did a fantastic job matching the vintage colors to that era in time. A subdued red would go well too.
